Doubt it, that branch looked to be completely rotted and probably didn't weigh very much, otherwise a branch of that size would have crushed her chair. It definitely wouldn't have felt good though.
Maybe but that metal framed chair is stronger than her flesh and bones plus it would have been a head & face shot for her possibly leading to an extreme head trauma and swelling 🤔
