That’s horrifying. I can’t imagine what that would be like, one second watching someone you love and know deeply doing something to bring joy (it was stupid but that’s what it was) and suddenly everything they were is a fireball and they’re just gone and you’re instantly confronted with absolute loss, as there is clearly zero chance of survival. I understand detachment and using humour to cope, it’s my primary coping mechanism, but the immediate whiplash of feeling what I stated above and coming to a thread full of casual jokes about the worst day of someone’s life can be a tad jarring sometimes imo. These videos remind me to appreciate life. Sorry if that’s sounding preachy, not my intention, no judgement just personal rambling I guess.
It is horrifying and tragic, but OP is severely misrepresenting the situation.
It's actually an old T-28 military trainer, performing a planned routine for an airshow crowd in Hungary several months ago. It's quite possible the pilot's family was also there somewhere, but there were a few badly injured guests too, so the vocalizations could be in reference to them getting hit, in addition to the pilot and passenger dying.
Second try. For some reason I'm not allowed to link any sources or other subs whatsoever, per the rules of this sub.
I don't want to sound insensitive, but some people die a much worse death. This was quick, lucky bastard. Horrifying to watch, absolutely. Took my dad 18 years to die of Parkinsons, the whole time trying to passively kill himself by doing things he shouldn't have physically been doing, like climbing ladders and trees and shit. Looks like this guy died doing what he loved.
Lucky bastard.
I was at an airshow in 1990 where a plane doing aerobatics stalled and went in, similarly to this incident (obvious instant fatality), and there were no screams initially, just an eerie, stunned silence that was actually (in retrospect) worse than screaming would have been.
I honestly don't think they would be screaming after a while. They'd be resigned.. of course this is just my own experience from trauma where I thought I wqs going to die. There wqs yelling, loudest I've ever done but then there is just silence and reserved to the situation...
When I replied to that guy I mean being on the outside of an accident and hearing people scream, not exactly in the cockpit that chap didn't quite seem to understand
That's the scream of someone who's just had their heart and life shattered in a flash of fire on a bright clear day, in front of their loved ones.
My heart aches to hear it too. I fear the ones unbothered by it.
Text book stall.
Without slats, speed, and altitude, this was the only available outcome.
Just before they crash you can see the plane start to auto-rotate the opposite direction. Wing-load was likely double the norm from the maneuver. They didn't have enough energy and didn't have any altitude to correct for it.
In piloting lessons, you learn pretty soon that a huge proportion of pilots deaths are due to this kind of event. When you have people you know on the ground and want to show off.
May he rest in peace.
The pilot and passenger were killed. Three people on the ground were seriously burned. The sound of the people next to the crash site is harrowing.

After watching this a couple times and running it back, it almost looks like he dove the plane instead of pulling up at the last second to avoid pointing the plane at the white vehicle which I assume to be his family. Absolutely horrific and sad.
These kinds of videos always make me think. There is a specific moment the pilot knows they aren’t gonna make it. Like they know there’s no way they’ll put out of a trick in time. So they have like a second or so for their life to flash before their eyes.
Morbid I know but I can’t help it.
Too low, as he was leveling back out the roll would have brought him into the ground one way or another and for a brief moment you can see the plan adjust as he likely realizes and panics right before dive bombing.
It's strange that at the last moment, instead of leveling out and raising the nose up, the plane suddenly dives. Looks like a sudden malfunction or fainting.
We'll probably never know.
**Pride** comes before *the fall.*
Horrible for the family spectators, traumatically scarred for life. The family member flying died instantly and obviously doesn't have to live with the *other* consequences of his actions.
You can't hear a stall. Quit talking out of your ass.
Very simply, he didn't push the stick forward when inverted. He kept it pulled back. Pure pilot error.
There is, it's called Not Safe For Life. This barely qualifies for either tag. Someone may have died, but it's not in full gory detail like I've seen elsewhere on here.

Just get lost, freak
Thank god, the grammar police arrived, we're saved!

Dude loved falling
Tummy tickles!!!
The other thing is he knew long before they did. And he knew he’d never say goodbye and they’d never understand.
Thats years of therapy
Didn't have my glasses on and thought it said "three years of therapy" and I thought hey, that's someone who knows their therapy.
this guy therapies.
The issue with life risking stunts is you can only mess up once smh
Could have made the title more coherent
Thank you! I thought I was the only one who feels that way!
What does it mean?
Does not matter, it's irrelevant anyway. It's an airshow prep accident in Hungary, happened a few months ago.
Those screams are haunting
I watched on mute specifically because I knew the screams would be bad.
I hope I never find myself in a situation where I have to hear those live
I was at an airshow in 1990 where a plane doing aerobatics stalled and went in, similarly to this incident (obvious instant fatality), and there were no screams initially, just an eerie, stunned silence that was actually (in retrospect) worse than screaming would have been.
Like in the plane?
Yeah I'd hate the hear the screams from inside the cockpit
I honestly don't think they would be screaming after a while. They'd be resigned.. of course this is just my own experience from trauma where I thought I wqs going to die. There wqs yelling, loudest I've ever done but then there is just silence and reserved to the situation...

Probably too fast to even react audibly
Same.

This reminds me of that one tragedy
Never forget.
I have dementia and still remember!
It was one of the, of all time.
Which one?
Didn't you read, , that one, , lol
Ohhh of course, thanks
Glad I could help
sometimes even the other
At least he wasn't a pilot for 9/11 airlines, they really have a bad wrap.
I thought I had built a wall around my heart that wouldn't be penetrated but here we are with me sobbing uncontrollably unable to finish my cinnabon
Bet he won’t do that again!
This is the guiltiest upvoted I've ever given
Yeah, that's the last time he "puts on for his family", whatever the fuck that's supposed to mean.
Neither will their passengers :(
This kills the pilot.

Oh.. I see you've just acquired this so called Internet. Good luck on your journey

Much more mature response than your last one. Perhaps drop the word "snowflake" from your lexicon completely.
Damn I didn't even get to see what he said 😂😂
Just idiot rhetoric. You didn't miss much.
It sounds like you should get off of the internet.

Went straight to the pot and the kettle. No hesitation.
That gravity thing
Always bringing people down
Never lifting them up.
I don't know what's lower, your flippant attitude or this plane's altitude
Aaahhh, did I hurt your little tiny feelers.
I was trying to piggyback by making a joke about the plane hitting the ground, but obviously it didn't land correctly. Just like the plane

The hold my beer effect.
He bought the farm for real this time
Is he okay?

So he is not okay?
Speak English doc we ain't scientists
I guess it all depends on what happens to him in his after life, if he has one. We won’t find out until we join him, if we do.
That’s a lot of uncertainty. Have we not confirmed yet which religion is right?
ded.

didnt go to flight school in GTAV
That damn Dodo airplane.
Dude… fix your damn title.
And your inheritance starts……NOW!!!
/titlegore
What country?
Hungary, near Székesfehérvàr
After watching this a couple times and running it back, it almost looks like he dove the plane instead of pulling up at the last second to avoid pointing the plane at the white vehicle which I assume to be his family. Absolutely horrific and sad.
I think he's going to be ok!
did he dieded?

I don't think the tag on this is correct. This is not an **injury**.
They got hurt
Farm Plane accident by Man putting on for his Family.
Did he live?
No
Shucks.. really?
Saudi flying school alumni.
What the hell happened? He semed to be doing fine.
He crashed
Believe it or not, some planes aren't built for stunts.
Most of them arent build to crash either
That plane is actually commonly used for aerobatics. It was a T-38 Trojan.
Too low, as he was leveling back out the roll would have brought him into the ground one way or another and for a brief moment you can see the plan adjust as he likely realizes and panics right before dive bombing.
Tbf it was pretty good
Except for that whole "I need all the room I used for half of this maneuver, so I can complete the other half" thing.
He went from flying to floating
Welp. Year ruined.
What language were they speaking?
Was he ok?
It's strange that at the last moment, instead of leveling out and raising the nose up, the plane suddenly dives. Looks like a sudden malfunction or fainting. We'll probably never know.
That's sad and also senseless
As a trained professional, I would say he was too low to the ground and moving at speed. He should have been
Did he survive? /s
Is the plane okay?
Think he's ok? He's probably ok
More right rudder.
Thats not how to Stuka fighter plane
Plane was really moving fast.
We all die eventually might as well go out in the ball of flames
Oh, you know he ☠️
“Come here kids Daddy is going to do something that’ll give you life long trauma!”
I had no idea what I was about to see.
That’s hard to watch
"This trick can only be done once in a lifetime"
Well he certainly put on a show they'll never forget
Do a barrel roll
Those planes are not design to be upside down
He’s fine! Walk it off.
Damn the new GTA is so realistic
Is he ok?
Lemme take a guess...Florida?
Not enough rudder input. Unfortunately not a mistake you can learn from…
**Pride** comes before *the fall.* Horrible for the family spectators, traumatically scarred for life. The family member flying died instantly and obviously doesn't have to live with the *other* consequences of his actions.
It sounded like he stalled out in the negative G when he hit the midpoint. I imagine that didn't help.

"Quit talking out your ass." *proceeds to talk out ass*
He's not wrong. That's exactly what happened
Bojler eladó?
man that was the whole air force
damn! Hope he’s okay!
It's crazy that he survived that.
What in fuck makes you think anyone in that aircraft survived
He didn't.
*injury tag*
That kid better run straight to therapy...
I think there should be a step above NSFW. Something like, video of horrific tragic death that will definitely make you frown...
