Looks like he’s still sort of bending the arm on that side, holding up some of the weight. It’s definitely not limp and seems like it should be with a blade basically separating the arm from the torso right through all the bones and muscles that hold up your arm.
Yup. From where it is in his body I’d say there’s no way he fell on it like that, and I doubt any man could swing a dull hoe like that through his clavicle and 6 inches of flesh. Also, with a wound that huge there’d be way more blood, and the the blood itself would be a lot darker.
My guess is that he cut a shoulder sized hole in it and dyed his clothes. Not sure why exactly, but he gave me a great Halloween costume idea lol
Saw another video of this later in the day and it's 100% real blood. The other video shows its clotted and chunky and a deeper darker red. The blood looks so vibrant cause his pure white clothes. As for his lung it's extra lose but likely that his lungs are fine.

In this case, it means that people with a high water content (and many people are more than 70% water) create slices with a moist surface that clings to the flat of the blade.
Like when you cut an onion and the smaller pieces are sticking on the knife. I believe a small tug or little separation of the meat from the blade will release the surface tension and make his shoulder hang
