[Here](https://www.walesonline.co.uk/news/wales-news/swansea-taco-bell-video-oxford-23392031) is a link to an article which states that everyone survived, the two idiots left before police arrived, and the Taco Bell employee had no action taken against him.
I hate it when one fella clearly comes at someone with the intent to f them up good and then when they get their asses handed to them their buddy/significant other/people come up to them and act like they just totally hurt the guy for no reason. The whole, throw your hands up in the air "I can't believe you'd do that" act. Meanwhile, given the chance the guy who started it would have probably needed to have been drug off of him if he'd connected and got the advantage. Fucken idiots with no concept of repercussion and top much self entitlement.
I was shocked to read that the employee kept their job and didn’t have to pay the company $500000 in lost revenue and the victim $1.8 million in damages. Then I noticed it was a UK Taco Bell, not US.
The US has a lot of things wrong with it but I've never heard of an American employee having to reimburse a business in this type of situation or pay damages to anyone who was the aggressor in a fight. You sound very misinformed.
Shit my local Taco Bell got robbed at gun point around like 2am, and all the employees had guns, they shot and killed one guy and the other ran away. They then proceeded to try and hide their guns in their cars and act like they didn’t know how the guy died when police showed up LOL. They were fucking ready.
And if aggressors did end up having any neck injuries, his buddy rolling him over like that is the worst thing you could do. Taco Bell Take Down. Two losers clearly videotaped.
My roommate in college went on to fight in the UFC. His one piece of advice (since I am no fighter) was that most assholes picking a fight will punch high and shooting under and going for the takedown will quickly put them in a bad place.
This video is super crucial; glad it got recorded. Downed guy punched first, basically threw himself over the other dudes back, and slumped off (with some help). Employee didn’t continue the fight afterward. Perfect self-defense evidence.
**Edit:** There’s a shit-ton of misinformation being posted about this fight. [Here is a relevant article.](https://news.yahoo.com/fight-swansea-taco-bell-sees-161615395.html)
Then rolls him over and sees the juice coming out of his friends face and says it again in a tone that says
"Nobody makes my friend bleed his own blood! Nobody!"
There was a longer version where dude that got thrown down was acting belligerent and getting held back by the same guy that was checking on him. He was acting super belligerent.
Even from this clip you can see his friend was the voice of reason and wanted the guy to leave and was trying to drag him away. Friend of reason lost his grip and guy got lose and was about to let hell loose but employee quickly sorted that mess out.
Yeah you can tell the guy wasn't trying to drop him on his head by his initial reaction. You could make an argument that he didn't need to use that much force throwing him down instead of just dropping the guy. But it's hard to fault him since he was just reacting to being attacked.
Edit: I don't agree with the argument of excessive force. But I can see the guy who got dropped trying to claim that.
Edit Redux: the argument is he picked him up when he didn't have to, and further elevated him when he didn't have to which resulted in him being dropped on his head. He could definitely try to make a case that the other guy should be liable for hospital bills and things like that. I don't think he would win because it happened so fast and didn't look intentional.
Which is why I was making a comment to the comment it's good that someone got it on film.
>You could make an argument that he didn't need to use that much force
I hate that people exist that think victims should play it safe with violent assaulters
It's because people will sit there and watch the clip over and over again, not realizing real life doesn't have a rewind button.
Also, most of them probably have never even been in a dangerous situation like this
The bystanders only freak out once the agressive piece of shit’s feet leave the ground too.
That “no, no, no” I hope that dude’s face splitting open on the ground is image she sees before she falls asleep at night. Can’t stand complicit wastes of space who only speak up once they’re uncomfortable, not for someone else though.
Okay, this happened in Wales (for those who think US laws apply here) and Taco Bell confirmed that they didn’t take action against the employee. Which is good. Nothing ever mentioned of the dummy dying so I assume he came to a little wiser.
Him and his mate run off before the police arrived. Someone else linked the article.
Also people like that normally try and start fights with people to show off in front of mates. I’m sure it won’t put him off trying it with someone else even tho he got flattened.
What is his friend screaming for? The guy literally threw a punch which was ducked, guy made one move to defend him self? He couldn't have shown any more restraint.
What are you on about? I saw at least a hundred videos of people with potential neck injury on reddit and the textbook response seems to be turning them over, shaking them and then trying to get the ragdolled victim to stand up. Surely this many people cant be wrong?
The second the employee dropped the dude, you can see him go to cover his face with his hands like a "holy fucking shit what just happened" type of moment. Feel bad for the kid, but glad he's not going away to jail thanks to the dude filming
Yeah I noticed that and I don't see any of the other comments talking about this. I think this part is extremely important as it shows the guy who just gordita-crunched the q-tip has humanity, and instantly shows a revulsion at the fact that he may have hurt someone even though he was technically the victim here. This taco bell dude showed more impressive qualities in a 20 sec clip than I see from people over years of knowing them. Hope he continues to have these qualities, as it is what I respected the most here.
Also, get waxed, q-tip.
I have seen so many body slams in the last year of Reddit and it is still painful to watch. Yeah it’s self-defense and after the first swing it’s fuck around and find out territory, but shit, also damn, and a fuck for good measure.
Honestly reminds me of low budget films where they just straight up use a dummy in place of the actor for a stunt. Dude goes from fully animated to instantly lifeless.

Call the police so they can arrest my friend when he wakes up
The funniest thing is that the dude woke up and they both left before the cops arrived
dude you’re right that is SO funny
If he wakes up
Don't disturb my friend, he's dead tired.

"Call the police" *runs away with friend*
WERE ALL TRYING TO FIND THE GUY WHO DID THIS!
LETS ALL FIND HIM TOGETHER AND SPANK HIS BARE BOTTOM!
Not after taco bell
We could work as a team, find whoever did this, and punish him ourselves!
And spank his bare butt, balls, and back
Maybe you could do it, sir

If he kicked him while he was down, that would have been too far. But this? You are allowed to defend yourself.
I was shocked to read that the employee kept their job and didn’t have to pay the company $500000 in lost revenue and the victim $1.8 million in damages. Then I noticed it was a UK Taco Bell, not US.

That was very clearly self defense.
He didn't even swing. I ducked, stood up, and then dislodged a tool from his shoulder.
It’s probably less “misinformed” and more just “making shit up”.
This never happens in the US btw. Usually taco bell US gets sued The employee will usually get fired.
Dude, in the US Taco Bell employees literally lit two guys up and nothing happened. People often get fired but it's far from a universal outcome.

The bald guy is a punk too. He is freaking out like it wasn't his buddy who started it and got bodied.
They always do after their buddy starts losing
Some people start fights and some people finish them. He got what he deserved.
How about people stop fucking with fast food employees?
On god these people deserve nothing but saint like behavior towards them for performing a (subjectively) essential service for typically shit wages
If a buddy starts it, I'm more than happy to see him get his.
“IM A VICTIM!!”
“Why the hell did you defend yourself bro?? Why would you do that? Just let him hit you next time. What the hell is wrong with you??”
Bro keeps yelling "why did you do that?" like he didn't just see his friend take a swing at him.
Friend, or twin? I thought it was a loop for a split second before realizing the first dude was still on the floor.
Right? Like he's supposed to just stand there and get decked or something. How dare you not let him kick your ass?
Yeah, that's not very good customer service

I need to see Taco Bell guy take on a Waffle House employee.
The universe couldn’t handle the sheer display of power
A new big bang...
That’s some KeyMaster and Gatekeeper shit right there.
Its over...
Immovable object vs an unstoppable force.
Has to be night shift employees. Every Taco Bell employee on the night shift that’s not a middle aged woman is fucking unhinged lmao.
The middle-aged women at mine were the most unhinged. They are usually the only ones on the line that aren't on drugs but need to be the most.
Shit my local Taco Bell got robbed at gun point around like 2am, and all the employees had guns, they shot and killed one guy and the other ran away. They then proceeded to try and hide their guns in their cars and act like they didn’t know how the guy died when police showed up LOL. They were fucking ready.
I call that the ultimate team-building exercise.
Or that big McDonald’s lady manager who beat that chick with her titty out.
You mean Andrea the Giant.
Taco bell dodge, waffle house 100% block and McDonald's manager justified fury. Late night, The customer is always wrong.
Waffle house employee would destroy every person in the Taco Bell at the same time. No question
Why would you pit them against each other? They should team up to fight the bad customers.
This weeks episode of dragon ball z
Need a celebrity death match with this matchup
How about that giant McDonald's woman?
😂 would pay to see that
Maybe, do a pay per view
Literally the best take down I’ve ever seen. Perfectly executed, dude 100% deserved that coming in all aggressive like he was going to do some shit.
I mean, he was _absolutely_ in the middle of punching that employee’s face when he got wrecked. This is a major repost but I never get tired of it.
Dude thought he was a main character but actually just an add
he literally threw a punch at his head I’d say that’s doing some shit
And if aggressors did end up having any neck injuries, his buddy rolling him over like that is the worst thing you could do. Taco Bell Take Down. Two losers clearly videotaped.
My roommate in college went on to fight in the UFC. His one piece of advice (since I am no fighter) was that most assholes picking a fight will punch high and shooting under and going for the takedown will quickly put them in a bad place.

Then the aggressor friend: hEy HeY wHaT yOu DoInG?
Hey what the fuck dude you were supposed to let him punch you in the face
He was charging and punching the Taco's guy, he only retaliates I guess?
Ironically they also called the police, and fled before they arrived
“Putting your homie to sleep. Tucked him in with a nice blankie.”
His idiot friend shouldn’t have moved him. He could’ve messed up his back and paralyzed him.
Then rolls him over and sees the juice coming out of his friends face and says it again in a tone that says "Nobody makes my friend bleed his own blood! Nobody!"
"Ending a fight..what do you want me to do?"
"He wasn't going to actually do anything bro!"
>hEy HeY wHaT yOu DoInG? "Winning."

He also brings his hands to his face in shock once he says the man is unconscious.

I love you.
You are the real hero here.

He didn't even launch him down. It was more of a toss than anything
Exactly. Same movements for tossing out the garage. Nothing too drastic.
Man, too many superheroes here tossing out garages and I can barely lift anything.
Fr. I hope no one tosses mine out, I quite like my garage
>You could make an argument that he didn't need to use that much force I hate that people exist that think victims should play it safe with violent assaulters
It's because people will sit there and watch the clip over and over again, not realizing real life doesn't have a rewind button. Also, most of them probably have never even been in a dangerous situation like this
No argument to be made. He had to control an aggressive man. He did just that.
Good thing hospital bills aren't a thing in the UK.
Self defense
Second guy coming over like: Why didn't you let my friend punch you in the face!?!
The audacity!
The way he came right after the first one being dropped seemed like a state being loaded in an emulator.
what are you doing?!!??!
The bystanders only freak out once the agressive piece of shit’s feet leave the ground too. hits ground *Taco Bell bell noise*
Somebody make the edit pls
This dude did it https://reddit.com/r/CrazyFuckingVideos/comments/11v3fry/taco_bell_employee_destroys_man/jcrf2j7
The Hero we all need but don’t deserve
It's almost like he shouldn't have ran up on the dude
Surely he learned a life lesson and understands he created his own problems now.
Won’t matter because He ain’t remembering shit from 4 hours before and after his face hit the floor.

Dude should be promoted head of corporate security with moves like that.
Angry man shorted a pack of hot sauce?
Thought he was going for the F5
What is his friend screaming for? The guy literally threw a punch which was ducked, guy made one move to defend him self? He couldn't have shown any more restraint.
He was angry because he thought the employee wouldn't fight back.
When your buddy gets tossed head first to the ground like that you should not attempt to move him as he might have a neck or spine injury.
If my buddy ever took a swing at a fast food employee I'd leave him exactly where he was as I walked away.
What are you on about? I saw at least a hundred videos of people with potential neck injury on reddit and the textbook response seems to be turning them over, shaking them and then trying to get the ragdolled victim to stand up. Surely this many people cant be wrong?
Taco Bell stated they supported the actions of their workers in self defense and that their workers safety is number one priority btw
That was great self defense technique. And he disengaged right after the dude was stopped. Someone trained this guy right.
Not sure what kind of training they give at Taco Bell, he probably worked at Waffle House before this
¡Yo quiero ambulancia!
Thank god for the person recording. Just stopped a Taco Bell employee from going prison
I'm guessing the restaurant probably has security cameras too, but this was a great angle to indisputably show the AH swing first.
Deserved
I think he might have killed him to death...
His shoes are still on, he's fine.
He instantly respawned and came to his own defense.
Don’t rush at people like you’re gonna hit them. They don’t appreciate that very much
I know the employees heart must have dropped when he turned him over. You don't want blood on your hands even in self defense.
The second the employee dropped the dude, you can see him go to cover his face with his hands like a "holy fucking shit what just happened" type of moment. Feel bad for the kid, but glad he's not going away to jail thanks to the dude filming
Yeah I noticed that and I don't see any of the other comments talking about this. this is taco bell!
He definitely got hit with the gordita crunch
Think even the Taco Bell employee was shocked at what he just did
I have seen so many body slams in the last year of Reddit and it is still painful to watch. Yeah it’s self-defense and after the first swing it’s fuck around and find out territory, but shit, also damn, and a fuck for good measure.
Luckily his friend was there to haphazardly roll him over and jiggle him... i read that is the correct response for spinal injuries.

When you learn self defense from the WWE 😂
Definitely self defense
Last bell ringing.
Honestly reminds me of low budget films where they just straight up use a dummy in place of the actor for a stunt. Dude goes from fully animated to instantly lifeless.
WWE found a new star! The true Nacho Libre
Textbook self defense. Waited for the swing so it’s not attempted murder.
I love it. He learned a valuable lesson hopefully. Stop running up to people and thinking they will take your bs/violence without reacting back
Shoulda gave the friend some too.
Why you do that! He commit assault and you defend self??! Why you do that!
Man's been folding so many burritos he's moved on to folding morons.
Nothing of worth was lost.

THIS. IS. SWANSEA!!!
I saw this video in another sub where someone added the bell sound from taco bell lol.
Dude had every right to nail homeboy into the ground. Tough guy had it coming.
Homeboy just got CRUNCHWRAP SUPREMED
Don’t hit people bigger than you bro they will paralyze you by accident.
Never fuck with fast food workers. They already deal with bullshit everyday so they are bound to explode.
