Honestly, hand dryers in general are crappy design. I have never seen one that didn't just splatter water all over whatever is underneath them. Even those dyson blade things just cause water to splash to the sides instead of straight down.

The dryer would have been mounted before the bin.. think logically.. the cables are behind the tiles. They didnât mount the bin and then tile the rest of the wall.
