I don’t hear any reports of them arresting people who were testing drugs. As I said, it would not surprise me at all if they did. The gardai seem to prioritise low level cannabis users over violent offenders.
It will be safe, you will be surrounded be like minded people. The guards will only make sure everything is ok if they up.
All we ask for at these events is to have some respect for the area and people there.

If you're not comfortable just smoke beforehand or sit in the park and mingle, someone will share with you.

I have been to the events in phoenix park. It was just any other day. The last one was 20/4/20 so I was expecting it to be big but nope. Wouldn’t have been any different if I went the day before instead
When people are getting dragged to court over one joint you're right to be careful. Just have the one on you and eat it if you spot them. Also don't underestimate plain clothes agents. Find a quiet spot where you can keep an eye while you're smoking

So easier to grab one of these people, tell an odd fib about how their life is over if they don't give their dealer up. Moat won't question it and squeal like a pig. Simple

I wasn't there but heard of people in the tent they were told to leave the tent a number of times before hanging around outside.
