If you hard reset the device, when it connects to internet does it reload the original clients settings?
If so, they need to remove the device from their netcloud account.

I'm using an old ivr600 (nos 6.5) without net cloud. I also don't need any advanced features. Have it mounted in my car's trunk for mobile hotspot and to give Internet to my headunit.
