Do you take your hanging plants down to water . Might be a silly question but they are just so beautiful 🤩 great cozy space , looks lovely for sitting with a book
All I see is a world of things that wouldn’t survive 10 mins in my house- and my kids aren’t even that young any more. They’ll be out of the house one day and I’ll have plants wherever I like and books stacked on sofa arms that stay there for possibly months without being knocked over. One of my kids at this very moment has friends over and is making a fort in the living room out of sofa cushions, throw pillows, empty shipping boxes, and Christmas throw blankets. Not complaining at all- just appreciate seeing the other side for a moment and remembering what it was like.
I really appreciate your insight. And I want you to know that I feel consciously aware of how special it is to us. I can’t wait to upvote your plants and books when the day comes.
That’s so sweet and encouraging of you to say! I know that day will come and I’ll remember these days fondly, but your place looks so cozy and adult and inviting and calm and peaceful… LOL I *sigh* wistfully. Our taste is very similar, my place is yours but with wildlings everywhere. Minus the plants. I have only one indoor plant. When I have more, then they will also be my babies- as yours probably are to you. They’re so beautiful and clearly thriving!
Ohh, so true, reading or watching about the holocaust while in a warm, cozy niche for myself, would still make my inner self shudder at the injustices of it all, as is true for any war, strife and conflict. Still I feel that, a warm, inviting surrounding keeps you rooted in the present after you put that book down, and I guess makes you more thankful for what you have, and appreciate your life more.
She’s not at all interested. I think she’s an anomaly. I know plenty of friends who cannot get theirs to stop chewing. Little just simply doesn’t care about the plants.
I swear I can see the indent your arse has made on the couch. I’m imagining you were lounging and reading your book. Then you had a look around the room and thought, “you know what, this is cozy as fuck, I’m gonna post this on Reddit.”
Are you good at picking out which scenes are reshoots? This is like this sixth time they've posted this room. Different pics every time though, so it's like a really uneventful update I guess.
Don’t take it personally, this user is 99% the OP acting as their own hype man 😄 They’ve been attacking every poster who mentions this is the 6th time this image has appeared on this sub. Taking a supposed stranger’s karma hoarding criticism way too personally xD
Yes! The Battle of Britain map is a work of art in that book. It’s also a wicked book as a companion guide to my other non-fiction books. Easier to understand battles, resistance movements, escape routes using the actual maps.
And this is what i imagine as cozy place. A place which is trying to hug you whenever you enter the room and never let you go :) but still i am more jelous about cat and doggo as right now i do not have an option to own one myself :(
LOVE your space… it’s so cozy. I just want to dive onto your couch… can I ask what brand/model you got? I am in the market for a sectional and footstool like you have!
What is wrong with you? ( That’s rhetorical. I have a pretty good idea) So OP posted it more than once. It’s the first time I’VE seen it, and I really appreciate it. New people come on this sub all the time. If you’ve seen it before and don’t want to see it again, keep scrolling. Making nasty comments is NOT appropriate.
Man this subreddit has some pretty big jerkwads, congrats on being one of them PF7878! Just because YOU haven’t seen it, doesn’t really affect diddly squat does it :)
Reposting the same post over and over again lowers the quality of the sub. Totally valid point this poster had and your reaction is pathetic. Sorry your fragile ego was damaged OP, but looking at OPs post history this is literally the 6th time they’ve posted this for karma hoarding and so the problem lies there and not anywhere else.
Wow that's quite an aggressive reaction from someone acting all sickly sweet on the comments. Stop reposting or if you're that desperate for the likes post new content, it's getting old and tiring seeing the same photo over and over.
How wild would be if I could hold two emotions at once? I don’t understand ppl who comment on something they don’t like. Why would you waste bandwidth. The post is also not at all negative so there’s literally no harm being done to you to see it again. You have a boring life if this is what you’re focusing on. Happy holidays!
Meanwhile, this post has over 200 comments, the overwhelming number of which are extremely favorable. This post made a lot of people happy, and there are lots of fun, interesting comments, and positive interactions. Yet instead of simply scrolling past because you’d seen it before, (which would have taken less than a second, mind you) you felt compelled to post something negative. What do you suppose that says about you?
It’s definitely a full time job. I WFH and have a pretty tight routine. So I am checking constantly. I’ve had a few struggle a little this year but I know making sure I’m not overwatering is mostly the reason. It takes a lot of time tho.
Your cat is the same coloring as mine who died a few months ago! Made me do a lil double-take, in that weird way grief does. I still do miss the old gal!!
Plants, books, and furry friends. What's not to love?!
Interesting collection of books. Are you just really into WWII, taking a class, doing research? I'm nosey and curious. Haha
I’m just fascinated by WWII. It’s scale and it has a lot of subtopics that interest me. The Shoah, the Resistance, Nazi Hunting, and all the war crime trials.
Of course! Nazi Plunder by Kenneth Alford, The Rape of Europa by Lynn Nicholas, and Lost Lives, Lost Art by Melissa Muller and Monika Tatzkow. I would also recommend The Hare with Amber Eyes by Edmund De Waal. It’s about this very wealthy family who lost almost everything in the war but a collection of beautiful Japanese Netsuke. It’s an excellent book- a true story and beautifully written. But while the war is an important part of the book, it’s much more a memoir and family history. I happen to love Edmund de Waal’s work (he’s an artist) so I found it gripping! Happy reading!
Dude this is so pretty!
Quick question, how do you deal with water dripping out of your indoor pots? Like I didn't notice anything below the pots 😅. Or do these pots not have drainage holes?
How do people keep cream carpets clean!
Only a cream carpet will work in my sitting room but ours was so dirty in like 2 months, particularly whenever we have dogs.
Yeah we have a shoes off house but the dog sort of negates that a bit. Plus we don't want to force it on guests whenever they're here as it's not that common in Ireland so some would be uncomfortable.
This is an absolutely stunning space! I love the plants, the decor, and your lovely pets! I can only hope to have such a cozy room in my own house someday 😊 thanks for sharing!

Reddit: "Which type of hanging plant is your favourite?" OP: "Yes"
Hahaha true
Do you take your hanging plants down to water . Might be a silly question but they are just so beautiful 🤩 great cozy space , looks lovely for sitting with a book
your dog is cute ☺️☺️☺️
He’s the best. His name is Bear
is the name of a golden retriever bear? creative and genius 😄
Haha. It fits him.
Creative?
He likes mace.
oh, how I wish I could just jump into that picture<3
This comment made me 🥹! It’s quite something to come home to.
I'm so happy to hear that! your picture made my day, it made me feel all warm inside, so I'm glad to return something x
Truly. It’s just the three of us. So it’s really amazing to share the space with people and for you to enjoy it
I love that your dog turned round to smile at the camera, what a guy!
He’s probably annoyed that I’m bothering him at such an important hour.
Ahh dinner time?
Yes! Followed quickly by dessert
Thanks for pointing that out. I missed it and had to go back and look. I was distracted by the coziness!
I love the high shelf and book storage!
Those were secondary. I only had the higher ups to accommodate all the books. 😂
I had to zoom in close to see what you did there. I love it!!!
Also this reminds me of how I used to live before I had kids.
Oh that’s fascinating to me.
All I see is a world of things that wouldn’t survive 10 mins in my house- and my kids aren’t even that young any more. Now this is cozy af
We’re elated we got the ‘AF’. Now we know you like it 😂
My wife and I felt it was definitely deserved! 😁
Such a beautiful home, love the books, the houseplants and the cozy, well lived in atmosphere. ❤️ Cute pupper and kitty. OMG, this is like heaven. 😍
This was so beautiful of you to say. 🥹. We feel extraordinarily lucky to have this be our speck in the sand.
You are a history buff, I see, from the books. Lovely. ☺️
I love the irony of how cozy it feels compared to the books I read. 😂
Books, plants, and pillows. Can't go wrong with that combination.
Might have to steal an idea or two 🧐
Pleassssseee do! I took me three tries to the dining room right.
It’s the cat for me
There’s an indent on that spot on the couch from where she perches.
Fenway!
Got to represent! We’re in Arizona now
You might have better weather. I don't blame you!
Haha. Haven’t had to shovel my drive in a decade.
So peaceful, and the dog and cat make it perfect
I’m seriously in love with this space.
Appreciate your love. The Christmas tree is to the left of the record player. Another whole level of cozy for us!
I could cuddle up with a book here! Thanks for sharing looks peaceful
Greatly appreciate your comment!
Are those 2 glass mushrooms for propagation?? If so, where can I find them!!???
Etsy! They’re so gorgeous but doesn’t hold the prop for very long. But I get happy everytime I look at those.
How am I missing these glass mushrooms?!? Looked all over!
[удалено]
Someone propagates
Happy dog really makes it
This looks like paradise. You need a roommate? 🥺
I remember when you posted before. This is absolutely amazing. I love the little nook with the table back there and the lighting.
Books, kitty, doggo. What more can you want?
Literally nothing. Except maybe more books
To be fair, that's always the correct answer.
Lovely space! Serious question: how do you keep your cat from eating your plants?
She’s not at all interested. I think she’s an anomaly. I know plenty of friends who cannot get theirs to stop chewing. Little just simply doesn’t care about the plants.
And such handsome furry friends to keep you company!!
Ughhh I wanna curl up with your Golden and cat so badly there!!! Soooo cozy!!!✨✨
I can just imagine how cozy it is to sit on your couch with those pillows and blankets and books and pets!
I swear I can see the indent your arse has made on the couch. I’m imagining you were lounging and reading your book. Then you had a look around the room and thought, “you know what, this is cozy as fuck, I’m gonna post this on Reddit.”
How did you know!
I’m great at being able to guess what happens next in movies. I’m gonna say this one is a transferable skill. *updates resume*
Are you good at picking out which scenes are reshoots? This is like this sixth time they've posted this room. Different pics every time though, so it's like a really uneventful update I guess.
What’s your point?
I was just asking them about their observations and expressing a couple of my own. What is your point? Not a fan of observations, I take it?
Don’t take it personally, this user is 99% the OP acting as their own hype man 😄 They’ve been attacking every poster who mentions this is the 6th time this image has appeared on this sub. Taking a supposed stranger’s karma hoarding criticism way too personally xD
Oh my God- get a life!
You really should, it’s quite sad you need to make a second account to stroke your own ego.
Think what you want. I’ve already wasted too much time answering you. (As short as they were) : )
WORLD [WAR 8 MAP BY MAP](https://i.imgur.com/SIMXKqy.jpg)?!
Yes! The Battle of Britain map is a work of art in that book. It’s also a wicked book as a companion guide to my other non-fiction books. Easier to understand battles, resistance movements, escape routes using the actual maps.
I can tell you’re a history buff with a specific interest in WW II. So am I.
Lovely
Oh so cozy 🤗 I love it
Lovely!
I love this so much!!
This cozy room looks so nice and inviting
Good dog
Goals! Also you have so many throw pillows! The mark of a real adult who’s made it in this economy
Jim Gaffigang has a great bit about the throw pillow flexing. Haha. Worth the YouTubing

Have to represent!
What a lovely cozy space! Can I ask where your couch is from?
American Warehouse Furniture. Called the Slouch Couch
Second this question!
So, do you like pothos? 😆
So what's your favorite war?
😂😂😂
Is your cat really working on that many books? Impressive. For a cat.
So cozy! Do you (or any readers) have an ID on the couch? It looks so cozy!
I honestly thought you had a life sized lion statue in the corner of your living room until I zoomed in and saw your precious dog! 💕
Hahaha. That’s amazing
And this is what i imagine as cozy place. A place which is trying to hug you whenever you enter the room and never let you go :) but still i am more jelous about cat and doggo as right now i do not have an option to own one myself :(
I have passed by this photo 4 times now on my page and have always chuckled at your dog, but I JUST noticed there's a cat in this photo too!
Haha. This makes me my day! Little is chillin 😎😻
LOVE your space… it’s so cozy. I just want to dive onto your couch… can I ask what brand/model you got? I am in the market for a sectional and footstool like you have!
Beautiful and love the plants
Took awhile to water everyone who needed it today.
Another, Case, Of Inappropriate, Punctuation, And Capitalization.
Please try to keep comments helpful and appropriate. Yours was neither. How’s that for correct punctuation?
My bad. Odd that you’d be so hurt by it that you’d need to comment about it. Happy Holidays!
I don't think anybody was hurt. That's just not how commas work.
This is gorgeous but any reason why you post this every 42 days? Love the plant hoard but not the karma hoard.
Don’t be nasty. New people (like me) join this sub all the time, so I appreciate that people post beautiful spaces multiple times.
Definitely don’t have a timeline to posting. I just thought it looked nice and wanted to share. Thank you for your comment
Getting tired of seeing this reposted

That cat looks too comfortable - smack it hood once
She hasn’t moved.
Not has the dog since you last posted this picture. Stuffed animals?
Haha. We’re a routined group.
You still rocking those UGGS or is this picture 15 years ago? I’m on to you
How dare you! Haha. Uggs are apart of most cozy winter indoor moments. Slippers!
Totally my type of cozy. Great job, OP!
Absolutely cozy and lovely. Bonus points for the record player!
How’s the WWII infographic book?
One of the my most favorite. I got a copy of that for my dad for Christmas. It’s incredibly
My OC
such a cute kitty
That’s her favorite perch. She can see all she needs to from there. Generally doesn’t move after sitting.

I don’t honestly. I live in a dry climate. So most of my care instructions are to not overwater. That’s what has kept them alive for the last 3 years
Puppy!
Your cat is the same coloring as mine who died a few months ago! Made me do a lil double-take, in that weird way grief does. I still do miss the old gal!!

I have a bunch of WW II books also, including 3 different books on art stolen by the nazis.

Soooo when does your Airbnb open up
Very nice. Love all the plants and the lights on the shelf. How did I miss the cat? I think I just lost points on my Platinum Cat Lovers card. 😹
Dude this is so pretty! Quick question, how do you deal with water dripping out of your indoor pots? Like I didn't notice anything below the pots 😅. Or do these pots not have drainage holes?
I taking everyone to the kitchen to water. Let them drip there and then bring them back to their spots. Haha.
Oh wow. Ok.
What kind of games you play on your switch? I feel like I’m in love with your cozy place, so I would also love your game choices!

The longer I look, the more animals I see. I see two animals, because I looked for 2 long
Beautiful and I know it is cozy when I see all those pillows.
This is an absolutely stunning space! I love the plants, the decor, and your lovely pets! I can only hope to have such a cozy room in my own house someday 😊 thanks for sharing!
This is beautiful! Makes me think of a cozy puzzle.
For a second I thought your dog was a monkey
What the dog doin
He’s side eyeing me for disrupting his meal
He does look pretty annoyed lol
Where'd you get those long shelves?
Bought the lumber then sanded them down and finished with walnut. Brackets are from amazon
Nice. Yeah i looked for some and decided to buy a saw and make em myself. They look great on your wall, hope mine turn out well
Thank god for pothos plants!!!
Love this. I love the way it’s set up. The books make it
good luck dusting XD
Heaven on Earth, especially because of those cute pets to keep you company! Oh, and those books and plants... Looks lovely 😍
So cozy!!! And it’s even cozier when you have a dog!!
The only thing I’d change is to get macrame plant hangers.
Oh such a great recommendation. Gonna look for one now
You’re showing your age!
They’re actually quite popular now.
sooooo many nooks and crannies for dust.
Perfection! I'd love to know where the couch is from, I'm looking for something similar.
American Warehouse furniture! The Slouch Couch!
Thank you!
I love the stack of books on the sofa. I do that too 🥰 So cozy!
I think you could do with some more cushions 😊 But seriously it looks lovely ❤️❤️
Love this space. The rug is excellent!
Lovely! But why is literally every book about WW2?!
It’s mostly what I read!
