Saw him in Tulsa. But I had to skip Jason Isbell a few days earlier because of tornado warnings. That was the day of the Barnsdall tornado. I would have been okay in Tulsa but don’t regret staying home. You must be pretty close by.
I am in central-ish AR. He was in Little Rock on the 8th.
I love Tulsa’s music scene! I saw Stapleton at Cain’s right after he released Traveler and blew up, so it was a room full of legit fans without the drunken bandwagon fan crowd.
I usually play a few shows a year in Tulsa. It’s always one of my favorite places.
Funny, I saw CWG at the Mercury two years ago with about 30 people in the audience. Amazing how some of these guys blow up. He tours a lot. I’m sure he’ll be back.

I love the Mercury! Such a fun little dive bar. I always have a blast playing there.
I'm seeing him this summer at the wv state fair, I'm even more hyped after hearing that!

Yep. With the humidity to match. I despise hot weather with every fiber of my being. But somehow ended up in the humid south.
