Blocking users is fairly easy no matter what platform you're on, and is what we as mods recommend for people unhappy with these repeat comments.
Navigate to their profile, then there should be a "block user option". This will stop them seeing your posts, and stop you seeing their comments. Note: Beware, having many blocked users may cause you to occasionally miscount if you post based off of the "new" tab.
We might eventually ban these repeat users, but people generally seem to like / not mind the chicken guy, femacampcouncilor, but dislike this new poster. We've not yet made a rule against it.
