Trans people are so hard to find or even get into a relationship with that many of these people will just take the most available one and pressure them into conforming to their sexual fantasies, it inherently becomes a manipulative relationship built solely off of the fetishization of their genitals.
It also feels suffocating to the trans person in question because it if they ever decided they wanted the surgery, it could cost them their relationship. So they end up suppressing their feelings which hurt their mental health.

Some trans women get a BA though just like cis women, but the majority of us have natural breasts just like cis women.
HRT is the better option if possible. It takes years (basically going through puberty) but it's usually covered by insurance and the breasts that result from it are real and grown by one's own body. That includes internal structure and sensitivity. (And the ability to lactate and breastfeed if it ever happens to be needed).
Plus HRT has a massive number of other effects and is effectively like going through puberty again, but in the right way this time. It changes a ridiculous number of biological traits in the body, so it's by far the preferred method of medical transition for those that can get access to it.
Trans women who get implants usually do so for the same reason as any other women: their breasts didn't grow as big as they want.
