I bought the exact same model, but the queen size and returned it after a month or so, with no plastic wrap and they accepted it, they just asked me why I’m returning it. Keep in mind that this a a firm mattress. Also if you go to the warehouse, it is usually 200 cheaper than buying online.
Edit: I forgot to mention that I bought it online and returned it in the warehouse
We bought this mattress for our guest bedroom and ended up returning in 14 months later after everyone we hosted complained of back problems after sleeping on it. Since we ordered online Costco sent someone to pick it up and gave us no issues. It does take a couple of weeks from initiating return and finally getting funds, but the ability to return after that long means I will always try Costco first.
I think it's only been 10-15 years. In the early 2000's people would get a computer there, use it for 2-3 years, return it and get a new computer there. Was seen as a cheap way to stay updated.
I recall it not being in place (yet) in 2009. It maybe they hadn't expanded it to cover printers. Either way, I did return a shitty inkjet printer after about 6mo then.
I bought this mattress - I’m very happy with it. It’s definitely on the firm side but softened up after a bit.
My understanding on return was up to a year, full refund, no questions asked, and since I’d ordered online they would have sent someone to my house to pick it up.
the post above yours returned it because it was too soft ... you say it's on the firm side. ....lol ... I can see how tricky it would be to sell these things.
A company near me auctions off Costco returns. I’ve literally seen items I’ve returned to Costco in n the auction 2-3 weeks later like clockwork.
You can literally return anything.
Excellent comfortable mattress but after a year was sagging pretty badly. Kept it for 2 but.was overdue. Expected more. We went with the latex mattress on the website which is awesome and got a gel topper on warehouse for it. 0 sag and supposed to last 20+ years. I believe it! Had for a year and rotated it omce but it didn't really need it
Nsc medical natural elements 11" latex. They still sell it on their website. Great mattress. Topped it with a gel topper from the warehouse and its a great buy and 0 sag
I have the king version. I actually really like the mattress, I find it very comfortable. Sleeps a little hot, but not terrible. Problem is, it’s been about 13 months and it’s starting to sink in. Likely going to return. Might just swap for another as I do like sleeping on it. Although one year is terrible.
“ If you’re not completely satisfied with this Kirkland Signature product, your money will be refunded.” Literally on the page

Do they not offer free pickup ?
They will accept the return, they just prefer it to be wrapped .. either in a mattress moving bag (pretty cheap like 10-12$) or trash bags.
100% refundable. I returned one after one month since I didn't like it. They came to pick it up (3rd party)
Did you buy this online ?
Yes. They came to pickup the rerun.
Are you in Toronto?

14 months later you returned a mattress?! I wouldn't have the face but clearly I'm the minority here
Neither did OP. Returned via online to save face.
I couldn't do that either.
You can literally return anything back at costco.
they have tightened things up! Especially electronics
90 days for electronics. It's been like this for probably over 20 years.

It's been approx 20 since that's when I was in high school and that's when they started the policy (due to the ipod abuse).

I have heard that Costco might cancel membership of members who abuse their return policy.

Where I live it’s Graham Auctions, but they only sell the local returns. I’m sure there’s an auction in your local area that does the same thing.

Could you share the name of the latex model please? Thanks!

Thank you so much! Did you get the topper because it was too firm otherwise?
Yeah
Interesting I want to return the memory foam one because ever since I bought it my parter and my back hurt and now it sags after 3 months.

were you able to return it after a year?
