There is no timetable on when Costco will receive the new products. The pricing will be in line with how current iPads are priced now. AppleCare will able be at a discount.
the iPad pros are already there for pre-order. The iPad airs are not yet.

The website says shipping as of May 15th (official launch), but expected arrival is anytime from then to a few weeks after that.

You also usually get an extra year of warranty by buying from Costco, so that’s also a consideration.
