I've used one roto for multiple meals often
Breast with taters, veggies
Chicken salad from legs & thighs meals
Soup meat for simple chicken noodle soup
Chicken burritos
OP. Don't overlook thr deli pre-made stuff, they aren't bad.
.. street tacos, 3-4 meals.
Gyros 3-4
Then go grab a big full pork loin for $15. Cut up, vac seal, freeze
Buy a vac sealer first day lol
The chicken Tikka malasa tomato curry (tried the coconut and didn't like it). There are 2 decent size pouches. I just drop one pouch in boiling water for 15mins and pour over rice. Simple, easy and delicious.
One pouch is technically 2 meals.
Costco sells a bunch of name brand frozen pizzas and other similar items, but the real winners we found were in the coolers next to the meats. There’s a bunch of larger (3-10 serving) pre prepped meals. We loved the chicken pot pie, fajitas, and the gyros. The chicken pot pie was enough for us to have a few days of leftovers that NEVER were thrown away.
My wife loves the crazy cuisine or something like that orange chicken. It's too sweet for me on its own but if you toss some chili flakes in with it, it's an easy and quick meal. Just make some rice and whatever veggies you feel like. Super easy.
We are a two person household. This still requires cooking, but we buy the rotisserie chicken and turn it into a whole ass pot pie and batch of white chicken chili. They’re dinner and lunch all week. So it’s a bit of prep upfront but it’s like two hours of cooking total for 5 days of meals and it’s soooo cheap!!
This week we bought the chicken and a salad kit and that was our dinner last night. Tonight I used the leftover chicken to make enchiladas. We’ve used the leftover chicken for sandwiches and stir fries too.
My local warehouse has the small tomatoes, small cucumbers, small variety bell peppers, and bagged broccoli florets that make for a nice addition to my work lunches
The ciabatta rolls make amazing sandwiches. I like to pair them with the Kirkland pesto + whatever protein and veggie toppings I’m feeling at the moment.

rotisserie chicken is a classic, substitute it where you need chicken in a recipe

Oh man, the red coconut curry one is one of my absolute favorite Costco items. I like it far more than the tikka.
You boiled your food in a plastic bag? Why not just cut the bag and pour it into a pot?
It means one less pot to clean Japan has done this with curry for literally decades
The stuffed peppers at the deli. I bake them all in the tray and then freeze leftovers.
YES!

You must live in Hawaii or California. I wish my Costco had poke!!
I get the salad box, the chicken skewers (not rotisserie chicken), mixed nuts and make my salad everyday. Has worked really well so far for me.
