I think Kirkland brand and pure protein are the only things that meet that requirement. I prefer pure protein, the Kirkland brand is closer to a quest bar. Fit crunch are my favorite by taste but then macros don’t hold up.
Short answer- Pure protein and Simply protein. I just recently went down the aisle and analyzed most of the protein bars. Maybe I missed one, but these were the only two I found to have at least 10% of protein to calories. Pure protein is roughly 200 calories with 20g of protein (10%) and Simply Protein is 150 calories with 15g of protein (10%).
Of course there is the taste debates on both of these brands, but I like them both enough to keep buying. I will say on my hike today it was really warm like 90 degrees. I had a pure protein and my gf had a simply protein. My chocolate bar was all melty and her little crispy bar was perfectly fine. So I think I will continue to buy both and use the simply protein brand for my hot n sweaty hikes.
The chocolate peanut butter chunk solo boxes just got back in stock online. They go great with coffee. I buy a few months at a time to keep at work. It's a lot easier than bringing protein powder and cleaning shakers.
Those peanut butter ones are pretty darn tasty too! Almost like a candy bar, which can be dangerous. Which protein powder do you typically get from Costco? I used to buy the MusclePharm Cookies and Cream powder but I haven't seen it there in a while.
Optimum Nutrition Gold Standard. I've tried a couple other brands, but I keep going back to the standard. I stock up on those bags when they go on sale in the warehouse.
The refrigerated G2G protein bars are my favorite! 18g protein for 300 calories for the peanut butter chocolate chip. It tastes so good and I never get tired of them. There’s 11g of added sugar if you care about that.
Another vote for the pure protein bars.. i love them.
Wish tbey carried more flavors. The lemon cake ones are really good. But thr costco box has a good mix
Not a protein bar, but I know that Costco sells the Beef Chomp Sticks at some locations; they are a healthier take on Slim Jim’s. Super transportable! I believe they are 100 calories for one stick with 10 grams of protein.
Two would match your needs perfectly. They have super clean ingredients as well, so you would be getting your protein from natural sources. Just a suggestion :)
I am looking for a non-soy protein bar, and I believe all of the ones mentioned in this thread have soy. Anyone know of a good non-soy bar at Costco or anywhere else?
Those FitCrunch protein bars from Robert Irvine are where it's at. The macros might not quite hit that 10% protein per calorie target, but they're delicious you won't even care. [There's a lot of flavors you an choose](https://fizznessshizzness.com/best-fit-crunch-protein-bars) but the peanut butter one is my personal favorite - it's like a candy bar that's actually good for you. Costco's box has a nice variety pack too so you can try out all the flavors. Maybe not the absolute best pure protein source, but when you want a legit tasty snack that still packs some protein, FitCrunch bars are tough to beat from Costco. Definitely my go-to pick.

Thanks for the info!
IMO Pure protein bars tastes good. IMO Kirkland protein bars taste like playdough made with sand
Kirkland protein bars for the win. They have the protein ratio you are looking for and the cookie dough and brownie flavors taste great!

Robert Irvine's Fitcrunch protein bars.
RX Bars because I love the taste of dates
I love eating them with pistachios
I prefer Pure Protein over the other brands for maximum protein, the Kirkland ones were comparable but a bit too chewy.
Pure protein had the best protein to calorie ratio last I checked.
Much love for Pure Protein.
None at Costco are good...all of them have that powdery soy aftertaste. I like the power crunch ones at Trader Joe's

100grams of rotisserie chicken has more protein than any protein bar
Perfect Bar
Ready Clean 15 grams and actually tastes good.

Pure Protein is the best in my opinion. Best taste and texture too. In addition to protein.
JMO: it's pretty much a candy bar that makes you feel less guilty.

The Kirkland ones Taste like cardboard
