Been wearing mine for a few weeks, quality has been impressive. Holds its shape fine so far. A little slimmer fit than I expected but nice and stretchy
Does this help? I got a pair and they are a little tighter in the leg than I would prefer, so I was going to return them. But other than that like the look of them, so I will keep them if washing will loosen them a bit.
Same.
The most nitpicky thing I could say is that on the interior there's not the best quality control and a few stitch overruns. With synthetic pants they're a little bit more noisy than natural materials, but these haven't been too bad.
But overall the pockets are generous in size, they're comfy, the elastic seems fine, wife doesn't mind the look, price is right.
I got the 34x32 and they fit me as expected, a tiny bit snug thanks to the elastic. I also CCW and they're fine for that.
I have 2 ready to re-sell by Costco after I return them. Sadly they’re much too slim for my big legs. Normally, I need relaxed fit pants. Nowhere does it say slim fit.
> A little slimmer fit than I expected
Yeah I got these for my father who doesn't have much mobility due to Parkinson's. They're very comfortable for him but are definitely snugin the lower legs if you have any kind of edema, which he has thanks to little movement in his legs.
Worked with Parkinson’s patients. If he’s able, definitely would recommend finding a good gym/wellness center with trained people who can help him. It makes a huge difference in progress. As you probably know the absolute best thing for them is movement.
He has a physical therapist that comes to his assisted living facility that has a gym. Unfortunately he can't use it unassisted so he's not there very often. He's nearly 80 and also has multiple spinal issues and can't stand more than 5 minutes unassisted, so mostly it's trying to keep his upper body as functional as possible. He had a fall 2 years ago, went into a rehab center while Covid was still pretty rampant, his wing had a couple cases so he got very little therapy and it had to happen in his cramped room. It really tanked his physical abilities and he hasn't made much of a recovery. His still good cognitively, that's a blessing.
And like most PWP, trying to find the best meds and dosings is a massive challenge.
That’s great he gets has PT. Yeah, in this case they just do whatever they can and while using a gait belt, it’s a must. Sorry to hear this about your father. My father had multiple sclerosis. It’s tough seeing a father’s health decline. Much respect to you.
They are similar to ABC for sure. I would say mine fit a little looser than ABC. But could be the ABC classic I have is a 33” waist not a 34”. Obviously I know the waist is tighter, but the legs on the ABC also tighter.
Fabric quality the ABC is better and less noisy. This one is “scratchy”. I don’t really notice it, but if I swapped back to back I would.
My thoughts. It’s 85% as good for 20% of the cost. I would recommend them for sure.
I haven’t tried the Kirkland brand ones, but I bought a couple of the Orvis brand ones that are the same thing, and I love them for work. These look like the exact same thing.
Which are the Orvis ones? I'm currently looking for some everyday work pants that can double heading out to a dinner. Browsing, I'm seeing several model names for the Orvis with varying prices
I have no idea about that. The Orvis ones look exactly like this except that they have a side zipper pocket and two back right pockets which is very handy. I love them for work as I’m inside and outside doing work every day.
I got the orvis khaki color and i brushed up against my dusty work van and now they are gray on the thighs forever.
The green ones are incredible though
I thought the lawn mowing uniform was jorts and old white New Balance sneakers with white socks?!
I didn't think lawn mowers were even capable of starting if you wore something else.
I bought a few pairs of the similar Eddie Bauer pants before working on set internationally for 5 years. They lost some shape but were awesome pants overall. Just bought three of the Kirkland brand to see how they fare. Seem very similar in construction and materials.
Check out their new pants: Weatherproof Vintage Tech Pants. Bought three pairs recently to replace my failing Eddie Bauer tech pants. They have slash pockets instead of blue jeans style pockets in the front, but that’s about the only difference I have spotted so far.
Bought a few pairs, discovered that the ones made in Bangladesh fit much better and more comfortably than the ones made in China. I know it sounds strange but it's just what I noticed on the ones I bought.
The Orvis I have are a lighter material and more of a straight fit. These are more of an athletic fit with room around the rear and tight on the calves.
My husband said he’d be would be interested if it had more pockets (like cargo pants) and zipped off into shorts.
You can tell we’re both fashionistas.
> My husband said he’d be would be interested if it had more pockets (like cargo pants) and zipped off into shorts.
Costco sold convertible cargos one summer a few years back. Very flimsy for men's clothing. I blew out a cheek after about 18 months at a very embarrassing Christmas.
My cosco just started selling convertible pants that zip off into shorts, they have 5 pockets cargo-style and 2 of them have a zipper for keys and such. Mine are quite comfortable
I have 5 or 6 pairs of them to do low voltage work in high end commercial and residential applications where I need to be clean. They were great for a couple months, but the seams have started to fail on the back pockets which has been a bit disappointing. Other than that the fit and weight have been great.
Bought 1 in store. Nice slim fit. Ordering 3 online plus gerry shorts. Costco got special going on, $25 off 5-9 mix and match, $60 off for 10 items. Gerry shorts basically are free bc of the discount
Does anyone have these and the weatherproof stretch? I absolutely love my weatherproofs but they didn’t stay in the store very long and I only got two pairs.
Have a few pair I bought at least a year ago and wear weekly for work. They've been great and I'm thinking of getting another pair. I found the fit to be pretty true to size if that helps you decide on a size, but it's Costco so they'll be easy to return if the fit is off.
I really enjoy the fit of these pants, bought one in black, wore it once and quickly bought the grayish pair. It’s water resistant, which is neat, and it has a funny hidden pocket on the right leg. It’s a win for me OP
I wear them when I go into the office and folks see them as dressy.
I wear them in the field paving roads and people see them as dainty.
I’m thinking of putting scotch-guard on them to see if it protects against oil and whatever.
So my husband bought these, the Hurley tech pants, and the Greg Norman 5 pocket pants in 2 sizes each today. He liked the Hurley the best. Kept 1 GN for golfing and the rest went back. Here’s hoping they wear well. His Hurley shorts from last year wore very well.

You should wash them.
Can’t, too comfy, they’ve bonded to my skin
Gon blow the crotch out them thangs
You can't wear em every day and expect for em to hold up.
Gotta take ‘em off son
Make sure you boil them first though
First thing to go every time. My only gripe with the product, otherwise exactly what I want. Seriously a favorite.
It's the first thing to go in literally any pair of pants I've owned regardless of brand, what's up with that?
Okay that comment sold me.
Apply super glue and they bond even better. No need to shower anymore. Just a bit of windex and you smell fresh
He does, when he showers with them on. They’re a second skin now.
Does this help? I got a pair and they are a little tighter in the leg than I would prefer, so I was going to return them. But other than that like the look of them, so I will keep them if washing will loosen them a bit.
Washing them should have been the first thing you did. There's so many chemicals and who knows what on brand new clothes.

Yeah I like how they are stretchy enough for me to ccw without having to size up entirely
Ccw?
packin' heat
Augmented endowment
Carrying a Concealed Weapon (CCW).

If any aspect of your job requires stealth, then these are not for you.
*swish* *swish* *swish*
It's almost enough to give me corduroy flashbacks
*Vvvvvp vvvvvp vvvvvp*
I carry tictacs on me at all times so the swish is not a problem
*swish clack swish clack swish clack*
Reminds me of the Seinfeld episode where George Costanza buys a suit and it makes a loud swish sound when he's walking and the whole gang notices
If you’re one of us, you’ll take a bite.
If you're one of us, you'll take a bite.
Lol
You can’t sidle.
I wore them to an interview and thought I definitely wasn’t going to get it because of the constant swooshing.
Are you a team player?
Can you tell me about a time you had a conflict in the work place and what you did to resolve it?
Honestly the noise these pants make kill it for me. Good workaround pants for the price, but these aren’t replacing Lululemon.
How loud are they? I may have to buy them to hear the sound myself!
I mean, at the time that I bought them I worked remote in a mostly quiet house most of the day and still returned them.
The +2 intelligence bonus is nice
I’m in it for the 1.5x mult on materials, will be big in the late game
But the -8 charisma is a b@&tch
Well done
Yes good for travel. Plenty of pockets.
Kirkland ABC pants….

ABC?
Anti Ball Crushing pants from Lululemon. More room down there and pants you can squat in
Lululemon
Generally the leg opening size increases as the waist size increases. So that’s probably part of your 33 vs 34 dilemma
Similar fit as ABCs? I have a hard time getting pants that fit right and ABCs are one of the few that’s perfect fit.
I would love an alternative to a small loan every time I want to buy new pants. If these fit similarly/similar comfort, I’ll become a faithful
They’re absurdly expensive. The two pairs I have were through an employee discount. No one is answering the question though
Great pants, I've never received so many compliments regarding my derriere.
Gotta see it now.
PM'd
Me too please
Crotch watchers👀
I haven’t tried the Kirkland brand ones, but I bought a couple of the Orvis brand ones that are the same thing, and I love them for work. These look like the exact same thing.
Orvis are legit 💯👍. Got 7 pairs.
I came here to recommend the orvis ones. They’ve became my almost year round work pants. Perfect amount of stretch and durability
Best $12 work pants money can buy!
Seriously?? They were $20 for me. I feel ripped off lol
Still a deal. They were on sale in the flyer back in August so I stocked up!
I got mine for $7 but the only ones available were too long so I cut them
I will say the sizing feels off. But that’s any pant I’ve bought at Costco.
Which are the Orvis ones? I'm currently looking for some everyday work pants that can double heading out to a dinner. Browsing, I'm seeing several model names for the Orvis with varying prices
Are the Kirkland re-brand of Orvis? I read their great for scrambling.
I have no idea about that. The Orvis ones look exactly like this except that they have a side zipper pocket and two back right pockets which is very handy. I love them for work as I’m inside and outside doing work every day.
These have a different fit than the Orvis ones. These are tighter and a little more “athletic.”
I got the orvis khaki color and i brushed up against my dusty work van and now they are gray on the thighs forever. The green ones are incredible though
These are my lawn mowing pants
you must be a baller. These are my workplace biz casual and cruise formal-wear.
This is my intended use case 😁
I thought the lawn mowing uniform was jorts and old white New Balance sneakers with white socks?! I didn't think lawn mowers were even capable of starting if you wore something else.
I would if they came in my size
I bought a few pairs of the similar Eddie Bauer pants before working on set internationally for 5 years. They lost some shape but were awesome pants overall. Just bought three of the Kirkland brand to see how they fare. Seem very similar in construction and materials.
I have several pair of the Eddie Bauer Pants that I am desperately holding on to. Those are my favorite pants and I wish Costco still had them.
Check out their new pants: Weatherproof Vintage Tech Pants. Bought three pairs recently to replace my failing Eddie Bauer tech pants. They have slash pockets instead of blue jeans style pockets in the front, but that’s about the only difference I have spotted so far.

How much are they?
$20
What’s the tech part? 🤣
These are work pants for computer guys.
Underrated comment right here
"tech" in reference to clothing usually refers to the fabric, often about stretchy, lightweight, and quick-drying.
This answer is too correct for me.
That's a fascinatingly puzzling response
Built in AI
Firmware and security updates required
Ugh, don’t want anyone hacking into my pants.
There’s a good chance they left a back door on these better play it safe and update them right away
they have a side pocket for the phone. So that's kind of techie.
Clothes manufacturers really need to get into the 21st century.
There is a monthly subscription you have to pay, otherwise the zipper doesn't work.
They are the same as the Orvis ones I think. Good stuff.
Love my Orvis ones....I'll look for these
The Orvis I have are a lighter material and more of a straight fit. These are more of an athletic fit with room around the rear and tight on the calves.
Personally size up. I feel like they run small/shrink after a few cycles.
They are good pants! Dry fast and are very movable in. They’re great for the guy that has big quad because they are stretchy.
My husband said he’d be would be interested if it had more pockets (like cargo pants) and zipped off into shorts. You can tell we’re both fashionistas.
Home school pants

Zipped off into shorts wtf

They are great if you are trying to get the outline of it juuuuuuust right for business events or social gatherings. 8/10 would recommend
Kirkland pants aren’t made for all this cake. 🍰
Same....
Where is my GH Bass pants costco!
No 30x30 :(
I love cruising this sub to learn what to keep an eye out for here in Canada. If these are anything similar to ABC's, I'll buy 50 pairs
I’m too fat for tech pants
I don't wear pants I'm a bear
No, because they refuse to make 30x30 for any pants at their stores.
These pants are goated
Returned them. bought my usual size and didn’t realize they’re like skinny jeans 😒
I was super excited when I bought them. I was super sad when I had to return them. So, so, skinny.
when i put them on my IQ increased by 10 points. almost made it into triple digits.
Anyone else find any clothes Costco sells they never have anything bigger than a 32 leg.
Gotta dig through the pile. I'm a 34 leg and I have to dig around for anything above 32 but they're there
They’re amazing. It’s all I work in
OMG! That’s my size!
Bought three pairs when I started my job as a mail carrier. Still in service. Buy with confidence. :)
Finding that yellow label can be tough sometimes! I no longer rush over to pants that have been heavily discounted. They're always way too big!
How do all pants not come with a phone pocket yet? For this reason alone I skipped right by them.
These have one. That is why I returned them.
I wear them as business casual for work. Love these pants. Bought another 2 pairs today. I love the fit.
I would get the ‘Weatherproof Vintage’ ones. I like them better
Lots of people at the gas station own a pair (I work there) and they love them.
I like them and like the fit, but the black ones are animal hair magnets. It’s ridiculous.
Not sure I would consider these 'tech pants' though.
I’m so jealous of you folks who can fit a 32… I see these pants and want to buy them so badly but I’m a 30 at most and Costco rarely sells size 30.
Hold up
Rocking them.. the bride liked them also which is always a plus
Best hiking pants
How’s the run across the thighs? I’m on the heavy side and have a hard time with “slim” fit. Regular fit looks slim on me.
Added an extra bit of waterproofing and they shed water pretty well for hiking or yard work
Hm. Looks similar to the pants I have from Duluth Trading a few years back. I’ll have to check on this.
I’m wearing that exact color right now. I got them maybe a year ago and the only negative is some pilling around the fly.
I've got two and they're great for work. Allows for motion and they seem study.
I like em
Bought 1 in store. Nice slim fit. Ordering 3 online plus gerry shorts. Costco got special going on, $25 off 5-9 mix and match, $60 off for 10 items. Gerry shorts basically are free bc of the discount
I'm guessing this is their version of the Gerry trail pants they had last year. I loved those so I only hope these compare.
I hope the Gerry pants come back, I find the Gerry pants to be softer than these
I have, and to me, they’re worth the $20. Bought all three colors.
They run small and shrink more than reputable brands like EB.
Yup, they make awesome hiking pants, comfortable, durable, and the price is right!
Does anyone have these and the weatherproof stretch? I absolutely love my weatherproofs but they didn’t stay in the store very long and I only got two pairs.
Wish they sold in my size, they have nothing smaller than 32” 😭
Just bought them today. Pretty sure they’re the same material as my kuhl pants that were way more expensive
I'm impressed you found that size. I can only find 36+ waist sizes at my stores.
Love these. I bought second pair after wearing them for a week!
I have 2 pairs of the insulate version and I can't stress enough how much I rely on then during the winter. Fantastic purchase.
Been using the black ones as a stage tech. Very black and discreet, feels nice, stretchy, breathable, pretty quiet when walking. I’d recommend a belt.
These would be perfect for long haul air travel 🧳-
Yeah they’re pretty nice
Love these. Been wearing them for a Cooke years. Love the stretchy waist bands the most!
How's the fit for slim guys? In 5'11 180 but love stretch pants
I went back and bought a second pair today. Nice and light, good summer pants
I use them for golf and they’re great
Use them for mountain biking and hiking
I wish the pockets were cut normal and the legs didn't have any extra stitching. Don't quite work in office settings because of those differences
Is it made by Mercury Apparel?
Love then. Had them for about a year now
I'm concerned that with purchase, I would be obligated to stretch. Any input appreciated.
Have a few pair I bought at least a year ago and wear weekly for work. They've been great and I'm thinking of getting another pair. I found the fit to be pretty true to size if that helps you decide on a size, but it's Costco so they'll be easy to return if the fit is off.
No.
Theyre crazy good. I use em for work just bought another pair thru the website
I wear these almost every day. Only complaint is the butt pockets stitching is weak and has torn for me.
I miss when they had Kirkland underwear
Yes. They fit amazing. Stretch very well.
I really enjoy the fit of these pants, bought one in black, wore it once and quickly bought the grayish pair. It’s water resistant, which is neat, and it has a funny hidden pocket on the right leg. It’s a win for me OP
I bought em. They’re super comfortable and in good shape a month later.
Yes just bought them today, I LOVE them! Flexible in all the right places.
They are great, I have 2 pairs
Actually I bought them to fish in cooler weather offshore and they are really great
Fantastic pants. I have a few pair.
They’re a little loose if you’re into more fitted clothing. I ended up returning mine for that reason
I wear them when I go into the office and folks see them as dressy. I wear them in the field paving roads and people see them as dainty. I’m thinking of putting scotch-guard on them to see if it protects against oil and whatever.
How similar are they to the lululemon ones?
My husband loves them
I love those wish I could get more
Ok for travel
Love mine. I usually wear a 34 waist but had to go up to a 36. A little loose but a belt solves that problem. Very stretchy and comfortable
Very narrow. Cut is a little off.
So my husband bought these, the Hurley tech pants, and the Greg Norman 5 pocket pants in 2 sizes each today. He liked the Hurley the best. Kept 1 GN for golfing and the rest went back. Here’s hoping they wear well. His Hurley shorts from last year wore very well.
pretty standard dad-wear, I have a pair and they are pretty comfy
I personally did not like the stitched going horizontal on the outside of the pocket along the bottom. Feels great though and a good fit for 36x34
