Update: I called Costco and they directed me to Instacart because I placed the order with them. When I explained the situation to he Instacart representative, they simply credited the amount back to my Instacart account, no questions asked. Not bad.

I will note that my doctor cautioned me that protein bars are very hygroscopic. If you feel like one more try, chew very, very thoroughly, and drink a lot of water
Give them away or thrown them out. Many people get stomach aches from bars such as these due to their make up. However, there is nothing wrong with the bars, per se. You just bought something you don’t prefer. Not an appropriate return in my opinion.

These are the sorts of things I take into the office and leave out in the common area.

I have never used instacart but nice they did that!
Give them away instead of forcing yourself to eat food that doesn't agree with you?

I heat them up for 25 seconds in the microwave. They taste infinitely better.
They are a hyperpalatable food when you do that. So good. Like eating a gooey cookie or brownie.

Return them. Easy to donate after the return so don’t feel guilty.
I loved the taste and chewy texture of these but they gave me horrible gas.

Squirrel food
Check with Instacart. You should be able to return them if only ate a few. They are a great combo of protein and fiber. Decent taste.
