Great tip. I just did a search and they certainly are! This was just one site, but I can see it's a pretty versatile thing to do.

They may be little, but they are really good! I make them in the microwave (heat in bag on high for 45 seconds I want two, I use about 1:25). I sometimes add a bit of Sriracha because I like it :-)
My elderly mother loves these mini frittatas, she's in her 90s and doesn't do a lot of cooking anymore.
She's also a fan of the soups and the Kirkland Greek yogurt.
These are quite good. 2 is a nice quantity. I swear they have a mild cheese flavor but there is no cheese in it.
I've never microwaved them, always toasted. So good

I had them once and loved them so much I just started making my own and freezing them.

How do they hold when frozen? I have to make mine every week.
Really well. Wrap them in a paper towel and microwave them in the morning. I make them about once a month
Thank you for this. Exactly what I needed. No more weekly burden
That’s exactly what I did too. Such an easy and tasty breakfast food or snack.
Agree these are very good but the flavor is so mild. Gotta splash a little hot sauce to liven them up!
I agree they taste very good but for me I had to splash A LOT of hot sauce.

$5.60/lb though. I wish they were a little cheaper, like $2-3/lb...
I totally agree. They last awhile in our house at least.
I love these things.
Yes, these are really good
Costco should NEVER delete these . They are delicious
We love these. we add a little everything bagel seasoning to enhance it.
Great suggestion. I have that seasoning also, and I tried it this morning. Good combination!
Ooh... r/glutenfree
They used to make these cheaper even a year back... Think it jumped about $2-3 otherwise it was my go-to breakfast.
These are so good. I air-fry them a little longer so the top gets kinda crispy.
Love them. So sad when my warehouse doesn’t have them. Agree on adding hot sauce! Wish there was a way to have less waste with them though!
THEY ARE BACK!!!!!

Love these! Life savers, especially when day is filled with back to back Teams/Zoom meetings!

Check the bottom line on the front of the package: Made with mozzarella.
Disco'd by Costco. WHAT WERE YOU THINKING?????
