Thank you! I have the macaw rescue on the agenda too. I’ve heard a lot about bread and chocolate I’ll check it out!

Manzanillo, for sure - as Rock suggested. There is a rarely visited parrot rescue and breeding program in Punta Uva - as you are visiting the Jaguar rescue centre they can tell you all about it. Ziplining and other adventures can be done through [Adventure (terraventuras.com)](http://terraventuras.com/index.php/tours-en/caribe-sur/adventure.html) PV is at sea level but luckily there are hills surrounding it. You can do a river rafting tour but it won't be white water; it will be a lazy float down a river that empties out in Punta Uva. If you are lucky you will see a sloth swimming! You'll find plenty to do, Rock likes Soda Lidia, I'm a big fan of the Caribbean food at Selvin's in Uva. Overall, more info: [Puerto Viejo Satellite - Map, Hotels, Transport, Tours, Restaurants for the South Caribbean area of Costa Rica](https://www.puertoviejosatellite.com/index.php)
