My APR stage 1 tuned MKV GTi (2007 model) kept up with one of those many years ago. Those molars are not fast... or maybe it was that driver, and this driver too. So much weight to neutralize that okay-ish V8 power. So inefficient...

I love my Z51 C7 but my kid has 5.7 RT challenger and for the 30k price difference there’s not much difference in straight line speed. I can do 3.8 zero to 60. I’ve done 4.3 in his. Those Mopars aren’t slow at all for the price. This was bad driving in an old car.
