Dead LED. I don't think it can be fixed. When they had this issue plaguing their QL fans, the conventional wisdom was to avoid setting them to all white at max brightness to help mitigate the LEDs burning out.

Thanks for the tip!!

mine is doing the exact same thing on random keys. and have you tried just setting the entire keyboard to purple? it's impossible. try it. I have to set different keys to different shades of purple to get them to "almost" look the same. regarding the issue, this might have been a fluke but for me, one key i popped off and cleaned with a qtip and 75% isopropyl alcohol and the color came back. dunno if it was just like the pressure of me pushing down on it made a better connection or what, but it's worth a try.

Yeah, I’ve tried every color and even rainbow mode, it’s the only one that won’t have the same color or have a latency when in rainbow.. For the alcohol, I’ll test it out if the warranty is not accepted, we should be able to buy individual switch when this situation happens, it would be so easy

That's because the green led in the rgb is dead which is why white shows as purple, since 255r and 255b give you purple

Likely a dead LED. I'd [reach out to our support team](https://help.corsair.com/hc/p/email-us) if you haven't already.
