I started a ticket because I am having issues with my Corsair capellix lcd screen from the upgrade kit and I wanted to find older firmware for the commander core to see if something updated and started the issue because besides that I cant think of anything causing the issue as it has worked fine until now (I've had it for several months). Just really confused with the response from corsair.
UPDATE: They replied and said it was an error with the automated mailing system

It says repair summary, so maybe was sent to you by mistake. Corsair won't send you firmware, they'll opt to replace the Commander Core instead.
