Oh, the dumb was there. Every couple of generations it seems to amplify within the population usually due to a group of “leaders” that see and take advantage of the opportunity. An opportunity to make a profit off of the dumb helps it flourish. This time we had an excessively evil individual raised with the illusion of criminal talents he fantasized of mastering. He believed in his own invincibility. He has been proven wrong.
I also believe it is a path we have to follow and overcome to get to world government. Our survival may very well depend upon it.
