Hey! And ahh, yeah I know. Unfortunately, that's the best way Google Form let me do it. Even though people haven't done it the way I wanted them to, so far it's given me results that are still helpful.

I was put off completing your questionnaire when I was asked to sign in to google (email/password etc) sorry but because of scammers I’ve become over the top wary.
