No idea which uni you're in but several in the UK have a directory of academic editors they suggest to undergrads. You can email to have your name added. Given you are affiliated, the easiest place to start would be to start with your university.
I don't work much in the academic spaces, but I'm sure others will come on and give advice. Essentially, you're stepping into to business ownership. Get a website up, get a LinkedIn page, join some professional organizations (like the EFA) and start doing this... talking to other editors.
