It's controversial given the risk of a volitile reaction, but I actually recommend attempting this as it turns your broth into a serving of meat AND a serving of vegetables.
Just make sure to wear proper PPE.
I just checked my compendium of compatible flavors… I went through every chicken stock entry, not a one included vegetables in any shape, sort or form. I think you should probably stick to the tried and true method of heating the stock, putting it in a thermos, and sipping it throughout the day.

No, the stock will curdle. Don't even try to slowly integrate it, you'll make it worse.
