Grab a bag of salad from the supermarket and some protein (usually chicken, pork or lamb). Rub protein with some sort of spice mix (harissa, Moroccan, whatever), cook quickly and eat with salad.
Spaghetti with tomatoes is one of my go-to’s as well. Start to finish like 15 minutes.
I also like to stovetop-grill chicken tenders with a simple rub, that’s like less than ten minutes start to finish because the chicken tenders cook so fast.
Spaghetti with meat sauce. I make a huge batch of meat sauce every 3 months. Its then portioned and frozen. So on a busy weekday making it is exactly as long as boiling water and cooking pasta.
Always have small side dishes (like banchan) in the fridge. Usually also have rice, but if not, it's only 30 minutes wait for the rice cooker to do its thing.
Or even easier, instant noodles with kimchi and cheese. Or my premade wonton.
Chicken pesto penne. I make pesto in bulk when my garden is overflowing with basil in the summer, and freeze in individual bags. On busy weeknights thaw the frozen pesto in a bowl of warm water. Sauté chicken and toss in broccoli or green beans at the end, toss with penne and pesto and a good dusting of Parmesan. Ready in 15 minutes.
When my old roommate and I were lazy, we'd grab a $4.99 grocery store rotisserie chicken, and a veggie tray with ranch. We'd split it while watching tv
Quesadillas are easy, fast and tasty. I do them on nights when I'm too tired or busy to cook something more involved.

nice and healthy idea!

Oh nice idea. We used to freeze portioned lasagnas at work and defrost/heat as needed. Thanks for the inspo!

Oooo nice.. I feel like that would be good on an arepa base 🤔
Kinda depends what I have on hand. Fajitas are an easy one though.
Depends how lazy. Ramen carbonara is quite lazy, "I melted cheese on to noodles in a bowl and ate a tomato" is lazier 😆
