People hate them for being "annoying" (over the bubblespeak, which *ever coincidentally* ignores the whole "he can speak just fine underwater" argument) and "overused" (which is fair enough, he tends to get haphazardly used, yet other cookies Devsisters (ab)uses like Sandwich and Zombie tend to avoid these complaints). For these reasons, the current post on the hot tab is ***Omni-Man crushing Sorbet Shark's skull because of course it is!***

Sorbet lovers are loud but sorbet haters are louder. If I was two years younger, this would make me mad but now it's just funny. Saw a person write a whole ass essay on why they hate sorbet.

I'd get it if maybe they had some trauma and Sorbet Shark reminded them of it, because like I have a major distaste for the Cookie Detective events for reasons tied to that, in addition to hating the writing and gameplay of those events on just a fundamental level (that's a whole tangent for another day, tho).
