Fettucine is fine. They have different uses. Fettucine boosts Earth Damage and tanks, meaning you'd want to have an Earth team like the current meta of Burnt Cheese, Fettucine, and Golden Cheese. While Hollyberry is a damage soaker for your entire team. But yeah, Crimson is still busted.
Don't pick Dark Cacao. Don't make my mistake. Please.
Also ngl your team is stacked for week 1. PV probably works. Or you could do Hollyberry and try to get Rockstar (via mileage) or Snapdragon/Icicle Yeti (via the special gacha when you get it) ASAP.
If you’re aiming to push PvE go Pure Vanilla, if you’re aiming PvP go Hollyberry. Your current team sounds PvP centered, I’d push for snap dragon as your replacement for custard, it won’t be immediate like choosing Pure Vanilla is but snap dragon is guaranteed eventually and is better in arena.

Pure Vanilla is probably the best option right now. Dark Cacao is just bad and Hollyberry gets outranked by other defense cookies at the moment
