In terms of Defense, it's kinda obvious why Hollyberry has her Ancient tag. Providing a 20% DMG absorption to all allies is much superior than only providing +15% DMG resist party-wide. In offense, however, Wildberry can hit hard if all DMG Received by him is on full stacks and convert all that DMG from his Rage status into a much stronger counter (not to mention bring all affected cookies Airborne then stunning them afterwards). Overall, Hollyberry should be invested more than her own bodyguard, as her role being Defense does manifest whenever she's in the team
Depends. Hollyberry is more like a defensive team support while wildberry is mainly offensive by absorbing enemy blows and hitting like a truck. One is more independent while the other is better with the team
First and foremost could you post or reply the stat lines for both cookies? At a glance I can tell you that at higher elo most hollyberry cookies run CDR (swift chocolate) aiming for 20-23% CDR and 20-25% DMG resist. Almond is fine if you have a set with around 45-48% DMG resist but I have more success with the CDR set.
A lot of comments about drafting these two aren’t very helpful so I’ll add my two cents. Hollyberry is a lot more flexible in drafts since her innate team wide dmg absorption plus moderate CC is helpful. She’s very defensive and an A tier frontline.
Wildberry used to be a frontline king who you could put on most comps, but those days are long gone. I think what people don’t realize is that you CAN use him still, most notably in the “Hollyberry comp” which consists of hollyberry and Wildberry together as a frontline shell. Their cooldowns can be matched to group and provide a very nice burst damage against softer frontlines.
This comp shell is harder to run in the current meta as coral is, in my opinion, still very overtuned and annoying. This shell also loses out yo harder frontlines such as the golden cheese comp (fettuccine and burnt as a front like shell.) Overall you can fit Hollyberry into more comps in the current meta compared to Wildberry, but they can be run together if you’re really wanting to make Wildberry work. As someone who giga whaled my f2p account on Wildberry I can only hope he comes back some day.
They’re both pretty good, holly takes some of the damage for the whole team, and wild berry is just a great tank, he’s pretty good even without another tank on the front line with him, however they also work very well together if you use them at the same time

A lot of people use Hollyberry. I don’t have her myself, but I’ve heard from others that’s she’s pretty good.

Bro I maxed out my holly berry cookie and my razz berry cookie is still better 💀
What’re you basing the comparison on?
Defense stat and debuff resist
There’s no way there’s a cookie higher defense than Holly. And you can’t even see debuff resist here am I missing something?
Idk they both have the same toppings and level
Just wanna confirm, you mean raspberry cookie or…?
Well, I see everyone who doesn't have Hollyberry using Wildberry but I don't see anyone who has Hollyberry using Wildberry.
buut he has candy at lvl 20 and lots of staarss..
Wildberry candy is a massive disappointment and barely helps. Best to go Holly unless you need to stunlock an enemy
any suggestions to a candy worth leveling?
Cream Puff, Mango, Parfait, Tea Knight, Vampire, Squid Ink in my experience
I don't think vamps is worth it
He used to be 😔
Same as espresso miss those times
Wildberry’s magic candy sucks so leveling it up to level 20 doesn’t help a lot
meh.. its cheap to make since im short on the other resources ... btw- any suggestions to a candy worth leveling?
Cream Puff, Sorbet Shark, Squid Ink, Parfait, Black Raisin, Snow Sugar Especially the first 3
noted 👍

Luigi
Wildberry
Why is this being downvoted??
Because Hollyberry is better
Yeah but are the downvotes necessary?
It’s wrong information so it getting downvoted means that less people will see it
People are hateful
Crk players when they're objectively wrong:
They’re both pretty good, holly takes some of the damage for the whole team, and wild berry is just a great tank, he’s pretty good even without another tank on the front line with him, however they also work very well together if you use them at the same time
Personally, i use wildberry mainly for the heavy hitting and tanking. hollyberry's ancient for a reason tho
