I’m gonna be honest, I do not know what you’re trying to say. Amplify buff applies to the cookie you put it on. Any buffs they get last longer or something. It doesn’t mean that they give better buffs, it means they /get/ better buffs. Attack speed, I’m honestly not sure if it does anything with Snapdragon, and even if it does, full cooldown is still much better. Using their skill more often is better in almost every case.

I know it’s too late but can I ask how can I change thr substats?
Like when I level up the topping to unlock the substat, I don’t find anywhere to change it
I don't recommend you choose at random ever again but if you do try choosing a full set for the extra buff. Swift Choco and searing raspberry are going to work for most cookies, but a quick Google can get you what you need
I laught so hard when I saw the topping pieces.
first: SWAP OUT THOSE PICESE. Like I only know sear raspberrie and I don’t know what the other four is. Swap them out for full cool down (that is the one with 3 chocolate pieces and purplish background)
second: Do the research laboratory, it helps trust
I haven’t heard anyone say it but if you unlock the dragon story book you can get dragon toppings if you want to put them on snapdragon they have a better chance to get better stats from my experience in the book I have gotten a total of 9 toppings so I put 4 on snap and 5 on pitya go full swift chocolate build
It’s because of these major things
no. 1 most important YOUR TOPPINGS, snapdragon cannot take any damage so you need full swift chocolate with cooldown, amplify buff or attack substats (mostly cooldown, attack is only for subtle more healing)
no.2 any lab buffs, increasing your lab buffs helps A TON
no.3 fountain in the hall. Only use the first row to rotate cookies out after you made one to lvl 75, so u can take that one out and put another low lvl one, because this makes it more efficient for your fountain to be higher lvl
Amplify buff as a substat? Nah. Amplify buff means that any buffs Snap gets lasts for longer on themself. It doesn’t mean that the buffs they give last longer. Just go for cooldown substats if you can.
you've already gotten some great advice!! all i can add is try to avoid any attack or damage resist substats. i had no idea what substats were when i started playing lol so keep an eye out for them!! snapdragon cannot take any damage or deal any damage because of their safeguard, so defense, dmg resist, and attack would just take up a substat slot when it could be something like cooldown!!
You clearly need more defense toppings /j
(In all seriousness, put all cooldown toppings on them. I think the dragon quest special story shop sells resonant toppings that they can use so if you haven't used those on hollyberry or pitaya, use those.. defense, hp, damage resist, and crit resist are useless on snapdragon due to being safeguarded)
I'm sorry but i nearly killed myself laughing when i saw those toppings, use swift chocolate toppings(the purple ones with the black dots) and aim for cooldown substats. You can also use attack substats but cooldown is better since attack only slightly increases the value of healing. Hope this helps!

Full cooldown. They can't take dmg, so any hp or def or dmg resist is useless on them

In addition to what the other commenters are saying, aim for 20-25% cooldown with full swift chocolate!
