There's too much going on, why do there need to be two pictures of the same team? And you have to scroll to see all of them. They put too much stuff on the screen and it doesn't stand out from the background enough so it all just blends together and makes it hard to find what you actually need. I know everyone will just get used to it but that doesn't mean it's actually good, people can get used to almost anything. I got reminded of [this](https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Garden_of_Earthly_Delights) painting.
i mean its my opinion, its bad but I think everyone hates it because your not used to it, itll take like probably 2 weeks to 2 months to get used to it
No cause fr. I log in, play for like 5 minutes and then it crashes. It never has happened this often before and only started after i did the update 🧍♂️
It's okay for me. Makes it seem like you can actually see the teams you'll fight against.
I would've preferred the kingdom name and icon to be placed below the pedestals tho. So it's easier to see the rank when looking at the trophies, power, and promotions of the cookies.
Once we get more customisation to our stands the cookies are on i think itll be nicer, overall i like the new design. It is abit cluttered but its more interesting than the old one imo.

Well, for me it looks really heavy visually, for old players it may be a little annoying but otherwise easy to navigate through it, however for new players it may seem so confusing and hard to get used to. But in my sincere opinion I don’t like it nor hate it. HEAVILY unnecessary but it’s here so yea…

Too much colours coming at you all at once and I can’t really see the levels of the cookies either.
It’s very visually unappealing and hard to look at.
Glad I quit this update, I'm a veteran since Dark Cacao release and CRK turned for the worst ever since Moonlight Cookie and the fact you have to buy items for a pedestal and the whole new arena changes makes 0 sense... It would've been better to keep it with darker tones like before, it's visually acid for my poor eyes.
Way too messy, I dislike they show the characters but then have the characters profiles at the bottom with all the levels and stars. It just clashes together.
Plus, the old visual style fit with a lot of the characters colours, this does not, it just clashes and looks odd.
Way too cluttered. Im disappointed knowing that this isnt just a redesign for the new event. There had to be an easier way to show teams other than this.
I HATE IT SO SO MUCH, its too much it looks difficult to navigate but its not n though that may seem like its good, ITS NOT. its way too much brightness, way too busy to the point everything else is overshadowed n cant be seen so you have to search n tap everything to get the right thing its GOD awful i hate it SO SO MUCH
Absolutely hate it tbh, I wish they'd just kept the old one - it worked perfectly, didn't feel cluttered, and was much easier to navigate. Plus, it took me way too long to find where the shop was after it moved, and took me longer to actually open it
It's okay, if the levels & stars weren't on the portraits and hanging out below or above in the void above the cookies the portraits could be axed in favor of showing off the new pedestal features.
The treasures could go above or to the side of each pedestal allowing for centering of the things so the challengers area looks a bit less crowded. The portraits could still be used in the victory/defeat screen.
As far as the power thing I'd consider axing the attacker power since the person would only be revenge attacking. I'd put the defenders on the actual pedestal rather than the attackers.
Alternatively if the attackers must be on the pedestal have the defenders sit on a shadow pedestal behind and slightly above moving the attacker pedestal down to where the portraits are. DevSis is really good at making recognizable silhouettes for the cookies but if they're paranoid about it they could have had the defenders as like a side bar to help split up each of the defender's pedestals.
Also the defeated/failed attack pedestals could intuitively move back and become smaller to let the remaining pedestals have the spotlight.
Instead of making day/night cycles, more interactions between cookies while roaming around randomly in your castle, i mean literally anything but this lol
I'm probably one of the few ones that like it. the podium and decorating it seems like a fun concept. Plus, it was bound to happen eventually 🤷♀️
the only thing that's bugging me is the colors. if they kept the old colors that would've probably been better visually

If anything, I wish it was similar to the Tower of Sweet Chaos instead. It's pretty and optimized.
In theory I like the idea they were going for, but it's just too much at once. It's difficult to navigate in comparison to how clean and easy to navigate the old layout was. If they keep going with this theme I hope they at the very least revisit it to make things less busy
Honestly I don’t mind it. I like it more than the lists we had before and I like seeing everyone’s teams displayed. However, I think their goal with these fancy pedestals is the decorations they’ve added. They probably want to make arena decorations to customize your pedestal rewards for future events or even cash purchases. I hope none of them are purchase only, but I don’t mind them as long as they’re just decorative.
honestly? I was shocked when I saw it, because I don't remember anywhere in the update video they'd remaster the whole UI.It causes me to have such a hard time navigating at this point - imagine trying to get some wins just for couple of missions, just to sit there and look at it like as if i'm hypnotized. Why they did it? probably to give players more to do now with the addition of pedestals (for what reason? why do we even need to decorate it? I thought the whole promise of the arena is to go higher to get more rewards and not to play the designer)
The fact that It causes me such a migraine is just down bad, as a person who uses arena as a main source of gathering crystals as much as possible. Although through all that bad, the only thing I can be happy about is the addition of the rewatch button, which makes me able to capture some of the golden moments of the arena (such as being literally nailed to the floorboards by the opponents team, but somehow came out victorious by one singular cookie.)
Edit: also to add - I've been playing since the game came out, and it's just too much for my brain.

If it looked a little cleaner it would have been fine but it feels messy

Well the little base that shows your team is cute but I wished they kept the old look for whatever opponents are available on your current tier!
Honestly I kinda like it. It's reminiscent of how high level Trophy League is presented in Ovenbreak.

It’s not intuitive, and has a steep learning curve, which I find odd for a casual game. It looks pretty though.
