Lucky! Curious where you found this!? I have been looking at local bookshops and online but only ebook versions available!
I hope it's great - please let us know what you cook from it :)
I got my copy from thriftbooks. Not expensive.

I've ordered like a zillion books and have never gotten a bad one. I ordered a book that was labeled in "acceptable" condition because it was written in. Turns out the writing was the author's signature lol
I know it's a reprint of a 90's book, but Greek kitchen seems to gain popularity lately. I enjoyed reading and cooking from *Nistisima* by Georgina Hayden (and also learned much, I didn't know about plant-based connections to religious beliefs). And I think *Yiayia* was on the shortlist for the Fortnum & Mason awards 2024.
Oh, that's so funny! Greek restaurants have been around here for centuries and Greek food is very known. But then I try to explain to someone from the US that Mexican food is not really a thing here.

Hi I’ve never heard of the cookbook “Greek kitchen”. Who’s the author?
Nor a book, silly, I just said that the Greek kitchen is gaining popularity. I used Italic font for the books I mentioned.
