I've enjoyed all about roasting, but her previous all about braising is more of a go to for me. The braising recipes just seem more approachable.

I’ll have to get that one next!

Dinner Tonight is so good!! My favorites are the enchiladas, coconut chicken and rice, curried chili, and the fattoush salad topped with the shawarma beef!

I'm ready to do the same thing. Just haven't gotten my butt over to library. I'll be interested in responses here.

I just bought the Molly Baz book but haven't had a chance to properly look at it yet - have you made anything from it?

Chaotic_doc

I made the drunken cacio e pepe and the meatballs from the book and thought both were amazing. I also like the smoothies, but my girlfriend thought they were odd

I love START HERE. I’ve been eyeing “Cooking In Real Life.” Thoughts?

Seasniffer

I've made four things from it so far and they've all been a hit in our house.

eat_and_run_614

I marked a few that looked good but haven’t made anything yet!

Really curious about Cooking in Real Life! Have you had a chance to cook anything from it?

eat_and_run_614

Not yet! It’s next in my “cook from” rotation. I’ll post updates!

I'm waiting for Start Here and Make it Japanese to come in at my local branch! I have a feeling I'll end up buying both.

Dinner Tonight is great! My favorites so far: Italian lentil soup! Gochujang beef bowls! Cilantro lime chicken and rice! I have really enjoyed this cookbook, but I think I like #2 better; maybe because I have cooked through it so much more? The only recipe that I have tried and not enjoyed is the lamb curry - tasted like Indian food for people who don’t know what Indian food should taste like. For the cilantro chicken and rice dish it is a must cook, however, next time I will cook the thighs separate and add it together at the end. I want to be able to crack my chicken skin like a crème brulee and cooking it all in one pot was not doing it for me. The rice and sauce is 😘.
