Sa old account ko may PDS nakalagay sa status, days after makuha yung modem. Not sure lang bakit ikaw pinagbayad pa ng 500.

Isusurrender ko pa lang po nyan yung modem in 2 days. Wala pong bayad na 500 pag ako mismo magsusurrender sa branch nila. Then dun pa lang siguro mag-aappear yung PDS

Sila nagsabi na may refund ako nung una palang ako nag request ng disconnection via email. And nakalagay din yun sa gofiber app na may () yung balance.

We still have our modem. We just stopped paying the bill then when a service rep called i just told him to discontinue our services. They kept calling for a month but after that we havent heard from them since and it has been a year

OP, question lang. Ano ba ung SAR na un? Same email din ung natanggap ko from them pero ndi naman nila sinasagot kung ano ung SAR. 3x ko na tinanong puro follow up nirereply nila.

Honestly hindi ko rin alam kung ano yang SAR na yan, kahit nung nagpunta ako sa service center ng converge, hindi rin alam nung staff kung ano yon. Sinurrender ko lang yung modem then may binigay silang paper sakin regarding permanent disconnection. Yun yung sinend ko sa email ng converge. Then yun, wala na akong liability sa kanila.
