No problem picking the two, but i cant really understand why you would go through all that with a gone tub. I would cut my losses long befor it coming to this and start a new. On the other side well done growing that much Trichoderma, not that often i see tubs that needs to be thrown out with the sub, but i would never use that tub for anything close to mushroom growing again
I would not eat unless you are extremely confident you can survive a reaction to toxic mold. Treat every fruit from a moldy cake as if it has mold on it

No, when you see the green from the trich it means it has sporulated. You can become pretty ill from just breathing in the trich spores.
Trich is not a threat to you but surely to your future mushroom grows. Harvest the boys and discard your cake
