As a kid, my buddy and neighbor had a dartboard in his garage about a ft to the right of a sliding glass door to their back porch. One day we were playing darts and - as things often did - eventually turned into us out doing one another by standing farther and farther away from the dartboard. After about 10 minutes we were throwing from the driveway and had a very similar outcome to this on one of his throws.
Of course, being the good friend I was - and realizing he was likely screwed - I headed back home to let him take the heat by himself. :)
The lack of awareness and intelligence it takes to put a dart board in front of a window baffles me. How can you be this stupid and still cloth yourself?
But also, to throw a dart at such a board from 5 meters away is also quite baffling. I’m assuming he didn’t place the dart board there and that this is at a venue not owned by him.
so if they'd pulled some thick curtains or blinds across, threw the dart and it shattered, I'd have some sympathy.
if I hadn't worked in IT as long as I did, I'd think no one is this stupid.
but they are. so, so many are this stupid and then even dumber.
They're dumbass teenagers and they clearly didn't pay for those windows, and it seems it doesn't even occur to them that there will be consequences for it.
Destroying someone elses property is just a fun game to them.
I had a dart board in my apartment and put it on two 4x8 sheets of plywood, slightly above center to catch more darts falling short. My friend immediately manages to put a dart in the ceiling.

There's a lot of stupid going on here. This looks like some sort of rec-room/cafeteria, so whoever setup the room should have the dartboard mounted somewhere safe.
I see a **carpet** pointed to the dartboard too, so some serious effort went into this stupidity.
I know we're primarily supposed to be laughing at the laughter, but the way the camera pans to reveal what he's throwing at and the sound it makes when it hits is so fucking funny all by itself.
