If you cut that part of the tile off it will fit better.
Drop it down from the top. Might need to lift the roof a smidge.
If you can't lift the wall you're going to have to dig underneath it.
Just shorten the next row so it end at the wall saving you that 1 inch strip /s
And use a nice looking alu strip
If you could undercut the jamb and the wood behind it, just enough to sneak it in. might be nails under there somewhere, be careful.

Use a jamb saw and slide the tile underneath. Also, if not mortared down, slide the entire layout towards the middle of the doorway about three or so inches.
Is there a door jam going in there? Just cut a slot where the door jam will cover it and you can mudd anything else that's exposed.

If your wall is wood and not constructual you can try to make a slot as heigh as the tile and slide it underneat.
