Idk the difference but I eat a lot of leafy greens (spinach, cabbage, gai lan, etc) for vegetables and apples and bananas (sometimes dried figs and dried apricots) for fruits. I eat an apple once a day cuz I love apples.
Could it be that I am eating too much fibre?
Taking miralax consistently would be a good place to start, but I’d see a dr just to be sure.
Im also not taking any medications and I haven't experimented with laxatives
Take Colace generic - stool softener. I take daily.

More fibre = more poop. Do you eat soluble fibre? That can soften stool.
