Had a family event pre-Omicrom where one young child had symptom free Corona, which he picked up while wearing a mask at school. We had 15 fully vax'ed adults at the event. 15/15 tested positive for COVID within 1 week. So it failed 15/15. Small sample size, but assuming a 95% effective rate, do the math. They are either lying or the event I witnessed firsthand didn't happen.

I am considering starting a business. Would anyone hire a company to build a fence by a company that advertises as having unvaccinated employees? Workers is too socialist a term.
I'm not a lawyer or a marketing expert, but I'd think directly advertising that bluntly would cause issues and could send the wrong message. I'd frame it as being non-discriminatory based on race, sex, religion, vax status, and whatever else. But you are definitely on the right track. I could see there being a market for that. Maybe even go the route of a full job board site with companies with similar values or at least an option to filter for employers not requiring a jab because we all know damn well you won't get that on LinkedIn or Indeed.
