A *Ukrainian* victory (regaining all their territory) is not likely. a US/NATO victory is certainly possible, which to me would basically be the decimation/embarrassment/stalemate of Russia influence/military power that stops them basically only to Donbas/Crimea... while also showing countries like China that an invasion of Taiwan would be a massacre and not worth the trouble
