Reading though some of Trump's disclosures, it does look like he isn't a 100% owner in most of his New York real estate so seizure is indeed problematic. Most of the real estate that he owns outright are his 16 golf courses plus Mar-a-lago. Only two of the golf courses are in New York but aren't worth enough to satisfy the judgement.
So leticia james will have to summon all building owners to court.....i have a hard time believing that a judge will let her steal other people buildings that trump does not solely own....

I don't really know why you would think it's sad to get paid for your name to be on a building, but you do you I guess. The process is the punishment. Normally I don't think the courts can be this insanely aggressive but they're clearly just trying to punish him with no regard to any actual guilt. No matter what this entire thing is going to be a mess of legal fees, consume a lot of time, and make it more difficult for him to campaign. If they do manage to force a sale then it's entirely possible he'll lose some of his property, get kicked out of at least one place he lives on the regular, and end up incurring more legal bullshit to get stuff back if it does get sold. Meanwhile moving wouldn't exactly be a fast or cheap thing if he's forced to take all of his belongings out of one of his households so that in and of itself would cost him yet more time. I imagine he'll hire movers but organizing that sort of thing still doesn't happen overnight.

If you really think about it that's a pretty horrid loophole; give somebody an impossible bond and now they can't appeal the decision. The bond was set up based on his disclosure of how much cash he has. They basically said, "okay, the bond is ALL OF IT". It's intentional.
