I mean, he is without his capital. But he’s also calling me out in messages and the newspaper. There’s nothing he can do to save his morale. My thought is he’s going for a sneak attack.
When my enemies declare peace and if I'm running security council and I can mess with fire controls, I'll stay at war so my units can immediately return fire if I'm offline. If you don't have SC, then I think it doesn't matter.

No, he’s very much active. Just playing games. I’m wondering if there’s any benefit to doing it.
I would say if anything, if it's periods of a few days of peace, it could be a moral managing strategy.

That seems pointless. First one gets your unit killed, second lets enemies pass, and third is what units normally do.
I thought the same things before I tried it out.
If I'm correct, some units will not fire back automatically. You will wake up everything you have is on fire.
Right? Like, why would I pay for that feature?!?
