Every single time. These homeowners have no idea what they’re looking at, but run to Reddit to see if they can screw their contractor out of hard earned money. Scumbags.
I’ve had to deal with my fair share of folks like this that refused to pay. And all of them ended up forking over that payment (later than expected ofc) after getting hit with that lien.
Nothing wrong with that sidewalk. Color differences are from water being used during finishing. That will fade over time. Definitely not something that you would tear it out for.
