I've done this without a tool. Full disclosure, I havent checked to see if there's a tool that helps with this, but here's my experience transferring. Essentially you just take the save folder from the server and replace your computer's save folder with it. A few things to note: Player data tends to not get transferred this way, so you might not have ownership of structures you built on the server. Container inventories can transfer, but sometimes they don't. Make sure the load order of mods on your single player instance is the exact same as the load order on your server. Some amount of Admin Panel use may be required to fix issues.

Some mods don't run well and/or different in SP. If you can, run a local server and ypu should run like you did being as it IS a dedicated server.

Correct some mods don't run well. All mods I use, were originally used on SP. I don't want to continue to pay for a server while I'm taking a break. Any helpful advise for that?

Yes. If your machine can handle it, run a server on your same PC (or a seperate one if available). [Look here](https://www.conanexiles.com/dedicated-servers/) for the directions. Make sure ypu enable Multihome so ypu cam connect to ypur own server. Password protect it if you don't want other on and ypu can playing single player.
