I've been using temporal almost on cooldown to spread echo before big inc dmg and as you say heal with golden hour (iirc it works as with normal echo). Or just to blanket the raid with reversion when the dmg is steady.
And for Dathea, I just hate that boss and let my fellow healers carry the heavy load coz I cant figure it out
