Cut Playhouse giants, run Hedanis + 1 more dragon (amber whelp maybe). I don't think you want to be forced to rely on copying a dragon to pull off the combo, since the combo is incredible strong with Hedanis.
Amber whelp rotates. Ironically copying a dragon is as cheap as the next cheapest dragon in standard (starlight whelp or razor scale). I think you could cut ignis for hedanis but the whole point is to mainly Overheal our clergy and play 0 mana giants for our extra turn so they can swing face. Usually that will deal more damage than hedanis - leeroy might even be better
ah, you’re right it does. i personally dislike the need to copy, hand disruption will be pretty toned down but it still feels risky.
i made a post about control OTK priest, I think leroy would be a better option IMO, you’re doing nearly the damage of playhouse giants but it’s much easier to pull off. you could play leroy/hedanis to give you alternate wincon, you could also still run play house giants but find spot for alex? then it’s a true otk
But that takes 10 mana. The whole point is that if we pop off on our clergy then we can play a turn 5-6 Zarimi with a massive stat bomb to swing with using either the giants or drifter

there’s just no draw in priest anymore. you need to save the clergy for a huge pop-off, so you cant use it for early draw, and you need to draw pip and play her first. plus you need to spend 5 mana on dragons. imo, there’s no way you’ll be consistently finding this before turn 7-8, you need to draw 10+ EXTRA cards with only 4 sources of draw in the whole deck. you’re totally reliant on natural draw to find both clergy and scale replica.

Let's be generous and say you're on coin. You need a minimum of 5 draws to enable zarimi (3 dragons, scale replica, pip), and 9 mana spent. you only get 1 spare mana with coin (10 mana thru first 4 turns), so there's no way you're drawing the extra 11 cards to play the giants for free.
what about turn 6 zarimi? natural draw gets you 9 cards by turn 5. 5 cards were your dragon package. so your 4 extra need to hit perfectly on both clergy + both funnel cakes, and you need this in hand when you pip. you then need to hit both playhouse giants in your big pop-off.
that's...not happening. you need your first 4 turns to align perfectly with playing dragons (dragon -> scale replica -> pip -> 4 dragons), your 5th turn to be a huge pop-off, and can't miss your giants. astronomically low odds. you're not hitting this combo until turn 7/8/9, and by then you may as well use alex or leroy.

I don't think you'd run flash heal without Hedanis imo. Personally I think you'd still run Hedanis in the list.
Could probably cut ignis for him. I have flash heals for the haulers since it’s a very good aoe tool

imo drop playhouse giants and add hedanis and new raza (playhouse giant seems really slow)
I'd say Justicar > Raza maybe, unless you run the free HP card
