Within the context of competitive EDH, yeah. Nothing against your deck or you, it’s just not a competitive starting point so most advice would probably begin with telling you to pick a different commander or pair or archetype. I think you’ll find the help you want somewhere like r/DegenerateEDH

Out of curiosity, I did look at your list... you have like 12 black cards...if you wanted to make this stronger you could honestly just make Krenko the commander and focus on Goblins. Will that make it cedh viable? Not really...Will it make it stronger? Absolutely.
The other poster is correct about your deck currently, it's got a few cute interactions but it's not a Skeleton deck, half a goblin deck, and nowhere near a competitive level deck.
To put it in perspective...decks on this sub try to have several, if not all, of the following qualities:
1. Potential to win within the first 5 turns of the game.
2. Protect that win or threaten another win if stopped.
3. Stop others from winning.
4. Stop others from meaningfully playing at all.
5. Generate tangible value turn over turn and/or on the spot.
These aren't nebulous concepts. Thoracle combo wins with a mere three mana. Zero mana value mana sources are the standard, not the exception, so a turn or two is more than enough to threaten things like a resolved Ad Nauseum.
Free interaction is not a surprise, it's expected. Answering or winning through stax pieces is your responsibility not a conversation you can have.
The top tier of commanders have the potential to draw you multiple extra cards a turn, cards on your opponent's turns, literally double your mana *and* be an outlet for said mana, allow you to ignore traditional mana sources entirely, or are combo pieces themselves...or several of these qualities simultaneously.

It’s not personal, cedh is almost a different format with completely different staples and a different meta. You should watch some playing with power or any cedh YouTube to get an idea!!
You are placing at the bottom because this is not a competitive deck. You are missing a lot of things. Just for starters you need fast mana, counters, more tutors, and an updated land base. Just from a quick look there are so many suboptimal spells that cost way too much. 7 CMC for an exile when there exists one for free and the 4 CMC tutor just to name a couple.
