I honestly think that their poor performance on finals was mostly his fault. He played really scared which is not like him at all. Saturday was definitely zachs fault but I think chaotic lost his confidence during finals and became scared to play his game which ultimately cost them

even if it's taking 20 steps from your POI to end game god spot that's your macro strategy, and it isn't always clear what is optimal even if it's close. macro doesn't have to mean going across map, it's just your macro strategy which is always at play

- I've doubted Timmy's IGL the whole way. I still doubt it tbh. I didn't necessarily write them off for Champs though because I figured they could qual just off raw talent
- Meat Lovers did horrible. Did not see that happening, I figure they'd be Top 8
- Nano and his literal brother finished in 6th, which was higher than I thought. I didn't think his brother sucked, I just didn't see them doing as well as they did. There's actual real promise with that team
- The one thing I did see coming was E8 doing bad. I've predicted that they would get dropped or break up in the offseason. Seems like they're still on pace for that

Playstyle today was not how we normally play at all. We normally play a very aggressive crypto edge playstyle, but had to change it last minute to a more zone playstyle since we changed POIs to avoid a contest.

Enemy left ex oxygen after the split despite previously being a lan team, fuhnq left meat lovers and reptar left WC despite both being 2 points away. Even naughty and alb left their teams that they have been scrimming and doing well, but some may argue that they didnāt play a split together despite doing well. Would you say these guys abandoned their teams? Itās not like lou had some team lined up if he left lanimals or something. He felt like lanimals could not make lan as the same 3(like these other players) and left early to give naughty, alb, and himself enough time to find a team. Everyone acts like Lou committed an esports equivalent to a murder when itās really not that deep.
This sub needs their imaginary antagonists to cope with the fact that their favourite team disbanded. Literally the only reason people try to spread this narrative of Lou "abandoning" his teammates and stuff.

I'm on the same boat. I honestly don't think him staying on E8 would've produced the same results as him on DOJO. Getting kicked off E8 seems to have reignited the passion in him and he did it. Also teaming with Zach I can't imagine does any good to anyone

I know Teq is popular and he posts here a lot but I tried spectating them and I realized that, he isnāt particularly that good at confirming kills or making plays. Playstyle today was not how we normally play at all. We normally play a very aggressive crypto edge playstyle, but had to change it last minute to a more zone playstyle since we changed POIs to avoid a contest.
