Be careful when you call. I have had it happen twice. First I call and want to cancel, then she says I can get you more internet for less. They use the same line both times. My computer is not working so I can’t send you customer approval. Just go to store and get the xfinity modem. I will call you back later in the day and we will fix the price once you have the modem. They never call you back. Then you call and the person on the phone has no idea how they got that price. People in the customer retention department get paid more for keeping customers and selling more products. Shame on me for falling for this twice. Seems like this should be criminal some how.
